House has 2 living areas (great for splitting up the kids from the adults) and 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: master bedroom - 1 X queen - sleeps 2;
Bedroom 2: 1 X double bunk and 1 single - sleeps 4;
Bedroom 3: 1 X single bunk - sleeps 2.
There is also a sofa couch in one of the living areas, which could sleep and extra 2 people.
There is an extra toilet in the laundry and there is an outside shower, should you want to quickly shower off after a dip in the beach.
There is also amassive deck that has 2 tables and chairs in two seperate areas, with a 6 burner main gas supplied BBQ (so you don't have to refill gas bottles etc.). There is a multi layered / landscaped backyard that provides a tranquil and relaxing view when relaxing on the deck.
