150 yards to the beach. Waterfall resort style pool, private theater and more

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The house was large enough for our party of 11. The only issue was the pool was too hot to enjoy it. The temperature was 108 degrees. Everything else was great for our annual vacation.

This was our second year at Stay a Wiles - obviously, we loved it enough to come back. It's a great location - easy walk to the beach- or even to the town center. It's such a safe area with kids. We were three families - grandparents, two couples, and six kids under 8 years old -- we didn't miss for anything. The kids loved the pool and could have lived in it all week. We had one glitch the first night - there was a problem with the water system in the second upstairs bedroom that caused a loud sound to randomly come on in the middle of the night. We called in the morning, and two plumbers were there in short order and spent the day fixing it. They did. No problem after that.It's a great stay. We're planning to go back next year!

We had a couple of days not knowing how to operate the hot tub but the property manager was very good and got back to usWe are sorry we forgot to turn the dishwasher on we went for our last golf cart run and we totally forgot We are sorry Beautiful house beautiful location

Unfortunately there were many maintenance issues. The 2 worst were the water pipes vibrated loudly and kept us awake and the fridge was broken so much of our food spoiled. On the 5th day they finally fixed the fridge but after 3 visits by 2 different tradesmen, the pipes are apparently a more major construction issue.

Very nice house, close to the beach (10 minute walk), great communication/response by property manager. Only negative was that the price was a little high and then VRBO charges some hefty fees on top of that.

Pool had some issues but management company was very responsive to any issues during our stay. We had a great time.

The home was spacious and clean with plenty of room for a family get together. The location was great with a short walk or cart ride to eats, beach, etc. The host made it easy and answered questions quickly. Great stay and great memories!

The hot tub could have been hotter. You had to select to heat the hot tub versus the pool, wish the heating systems were separate. The pool had to be fixed for us to control it. The first day or two had to be controlled remotely but it did get fixed on Monday. Big thanks!The property is really amazing & we definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms. The common areas were amazing as well.Wishes:1) Better description about the beach items in the garage. We didn't need to rent so much of beach chairs, etc.2) Lights on the outside stairs to the front door (at the base of the step), weren't lit. It would have been safer for our elderly moms if they had been.3) The vents in several of the bathrooms didn't work.4) Request for a throw carpet under the large dining table on the main floor. The chairs make a very large noise when they are moved.It really is a beautiful property, hope it can continue to be well maintained.

Beautiful property, perfect location, loved the pool, hot tub, and the game/theater room was perfect for our group of 10 adults...would definitely stay again! My mother in law claimed it was the nicest place she's stayed in yet!

Pool area was fantastic! Beautiful! Excellent amenities. Maintenance on home was very slack! Leak in ceiling has been going on for sometime, possible mold! Third day of stay septic tank backed up and flooded bottom floor!
