15 Oasis Close is a modern and exceptionally well maintained four bedroom holiday home, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your holiday in Port Stephens.

As soon as you walk through the front door you will notice that the property is beautifully furnished and offers a large open plan living that opens out onto the alfresco dining with BBQ facilities and outdoor sitting area.

The entire house has been designed to enable you to enjoy the peace and quiet to wind down and relaxwith natural light flowing through and sea breeze. If you still feel the heat there is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living areas. The perfect area to spend time after a day at the beach.

From the moment you step inside the front door you will feel the sense of peace with a hall that leads you into the lounge and dining areas. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and a serving bench area. Upon entry to the property, to the right is the sleeping quarters where you will find four generous sized rooms all with ceiling fans and wardrobes. The master bed boasts an ensuite with walk in robe and reverse cycle air conditioning. The main bathroom is located in this area which includes separate bath and shower with vanity and separate toilet.

There is a large double garage with internal access. There is also an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine. All this within an easy walk to the waters edge, and direct street access to Soldiers Point Bowling Club and a short stroll Bannisters Rick Stein restaurant.

Please note as this property is located within a residential area, noise restrictions are in place. No noise after 11pm.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

    The house is in a great location. Very clean and tidy. The only disappointment is the fridge doesn’t work but the property agent find a technician repaired the fridge eventually. We only found one rubbish bin in the whole house. If there is one more at least at the bathroom would be better. Overall we enjoy the place.
