15 min Walk to Nauset Beach!

What a great place to stay. We had a amazing time - Would have given it 5 stars but it’s seems to need of alittle TLC. Just started to see the wear from being a rental e.g. outside, old/dirty air conditioners, worn towel's etc. Hope to see these in the future as we would love to rent again.

House was perfect size and location and kitchen was large and well-stocked. Large screened-in deck was great. But little things add up...and house was not as clean as it should've been and some things were falling apart. Stained rugs, ripped cushions on (uncomfortable) couch, seat of a barstool coming off, shower curtain rigged to stay up with paper towels and piece of cardboard. First night there were insects in one of the bedrooms and it looks like previous guests or cleaning crew had stuck plastic bags in window to keep more from entering. Dead bugs all over front window sill. The throw rug and cushions on porch chairs were very dirty, but washable! Management refunded the cleaning fee and was very responsive, which we appreciate very much. And we had a great trip regardless. But house needs a thorough cleaning, some elbow grease, and a handyman (and new couch!) to be 4- or 5-star.

The house was great. I loved the close proximity to the beach. The huge screened in porch made all my the difference!

As other reviews have noted the back porch is really the star of this mellow, good vibe, simple and comfortable cottage near a lot of desirable things! Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is totally light and pleasant - if a luxurious large, modern bathroom/shower is your need - this is not the house for you but otherwise sweet and all accurately depicted in the pics - though I definitely think it’s worth noting for expectations that the house is set just off of Beach Road which is quite busy and it is hard to imagine sitting by the fire pit which is closest to the road - if traffic sound and trucks are something that will bother you take it into consideration - even off season, but the unobstructed view into a little calm expanse of marsh/meadow out the back porch is a great balancing force and the two minute drive to the ocean for sunrise can’t be beat!

Great location near Nauset. Very clean house and well managed by Del Mar Vacations. Communication was excellent for anything we needed.

The best parts were the location and the screened-in porch which basically doubles the footprint of the house. We had a great stay due to these two main factors. The house could definitely use some updates and maybe an exterminator—there were tiny bugs getting through the kitchen window sill and onto the kitchen countertop every morning and evening. It’s a great place for a family of four or five, and we would definitely return some time. Thank you!

Great house- love the screened in porch!

The house was in a good location, with easy access to Nauset Beach and a short drive from town. The living space was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults, and we especially loved the screened-in porch for dinners and general hanging out. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having the grill was great. The outdoor shower was also wonderful and made having just one bathroom workable for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
