    Townhouse with Darlington one car underneath and street parking nearby. Nicely maintained and well equipped. The best thing, however, is the view over the bay of Torquay and Brixham harbour: you can even see the seals .Wish I could take that home with me.

    The property was well stocked with crockery etc and furniture okay but balconies very small and not south facing. The building the flat is in is not attractive and the view from the balcony is hampered by a very ugly building, the back of Devoncourt. All a bit disappointing. Please be aware that the walk to the breakwater is precipitous.

    This is a fantastic holiday home and one I would highly recommend. The location is brilliant just a few minutes walk from Breakwater and it has parking which is a huge bonus in Brixham. It is clean and equipped with everything you could need. The beds are super comfortable and the views are stunning.

    Well equipped townhouse with good television choices. Amazing views of Brixham (including deals if you are lucky) and Torbay. Parking for one car with some street parking in the road,very useful for Brixham. You need to be fairly mobile as Brixham has slopes and steps to navigate and the property has three floors being a townhouse and is accessed by steep slopes or flights of steps.

    Clean, well equipped, great view. Access to the breakwater was excellent but steps were steep, uneven and unlit at night..Maybe not good for anyone with mobility or sight problems Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

    Best views we've ever had in Brixham from 10 years plus coming here(breakwater and lighthouse). Beautifully clean and every commodity available within the accommodation. Great lounge TV and beds ultra comfortable with added balcony luxury. Only slight downside; as seasoned Brixham stayers will know, tight accesses(better top end) + steep steps lol! Also slight confusion as to whether you can park a second car outside the property but still giving access to all others(vociferous neighbour categorically/sternly no, but welcome book says ok??) Needs clarification, but overall fabulous thank you. J.Adler.
