1.5 blocks to beach & Prom - Charming home with private hot tub, deck, yard

This house was amazing. East to walk to the beach and to the main strip. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace after some rainy beach walks. The beds were super comfy! Great base location for exploring the rest of the coast.

We were not in the house often but when we were it was a nice stay. We did have ants in the kitchen, we were unable to turn on the fireplace, and the master bath shower door was peeling at the bottom exposing sharp edges.

Great location for kids! Park within walking distance. Nice house. Enjoyed the hot tub. Rooms were clean. Ceiling fan and vents need cleaning. And hot tub needs cleaning. Hosts were very attentive to our messages.

Everything was good except beach is lot further than 1.5 blocks. Go to Google earth view for 440 9th in Seaside and you'll get an accurate idea. After loading dishwasher Monday night and finding out it wasn't working Tuesday morning, we texted for help at 9 am. 3 days later and ready to leave, the dishwasher was never repaired. Photo is us doing dishes instead of a working dishwasher.

Had a great time, house was comfortable and in a great location. Hot tub was clean and a great addition. we also had a brand new BBQ that worked great

It was a cozy and cute house for the family and our quick mini vacation. Aside from a couple cleaning issues everything was good.

The house was a lovely place to stay for two nights. It was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. A short walk from the town centre and beech.

This property is walkable to the beach and to town. The house itself is so cozy, well appointed, and the hot tub is fantastic!

My sisters and I stayed while on a trip together. We were able to walk everywhere. Great location, clean, easy to check in and out.Highly recommend!

Family of 6 adults really enjoyed the spacious living room, good eating spaces, and nice deck & hot tub! Would definitely recommend, and plan to return.

We have had a nice stay. The weather was not great, but the house was ideal

This is a nice home. Needs some TLC to make this a really enjoyable stay with multiple people 6-8. The stove had a few burners that worked. Soo cooking for all was challenging. The hot tub cover is completely broken and difficult to take on and off. Looks like they have tried to fix multiple times with duct tape. All in all not too bad. Beds were comfy and it was clean.

The house appeared clean until I found a dirty towel under the bed with stains on it. The shower heads could use an update and the Refrigerator was missing storage shelves on the door and the ice maker didn't work. We had to call maintenance for the hot tub. It was dirty and super cloudy. They were quick to come out and fix the problem. Overall it is a good place to stay.

The house was clean, well organized and located just a short walk to the beach.

We had a great stay at Seas the Day. Cute place and so close to the promenade, beach, and downtown. We walked everywhere! Great space, indoors and out - fairly perfect for the two toddlers who were also staying!
