Great location. Definitely would stay again. Beds in cottage second floor bunk room do not accommodate average adults for planning purposes.

We had an amazing time at Matt's house. The house was spacious and clean and room enough for 17 of us. We lived in the covered porch area. The house is one and half block to the beach and boardwalk which allowed our teens/tweens to roam freely. Kitchen was well stocked and labeled. Matt is a great communicator, answered our numerous questions, and sent someone to fix a minor repair on the same day. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at 43 Olive Avenue. Check in was easy and the kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had. We had a group of 14 celebrating an 85th birthday. Location to the beach and town was fabulous!! Can't say enough about this property. The owner and property manager answered all of our questions promptly.

We had a wonderful time at our family reunion. The location was excellent! We loved being close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The beautiful park behind the house was also used frequently for fishing and morning walks. The cottage behind the Gaslight House worked perfectly for one family of four. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything needed for our in-home dinners. The large dining room table provided great space for dinners, board games, and cards for all twelve of us. We also enjoyed the large screened in patio with plenty of comfortable seating. Finally, the friendly owner communicated with us frequently and addressed our issues in a timely manner.There were a couple of minor issues encountered during our stay. The Wi-fi in the cottage was spotty since it was shared with the Gaslight House. However, a new password was provided by the owner. Also, the keyless entry was not working so we had to manually lock the doors and secure the keys so we all twelve of us had access. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and made many wonderful memories!

Many good things but also many issues!

The location of the property is excellent, with easy access to the boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue. The houses had everything we needed, and the porch and dining area of the front house worked very well for our large group. We had a good time!

This is hands-down the best equipped rental property we have ever stayed in. All 17 of us were comfortable and found everything we needed, especially in the Gaslight House kitchen. The location was perfect. We had one problem with the sanitary sewer line from the Lake Cottage, but our host was immediately responsive and had an emergency plumber on site within a couple of hours.

Great home for large family: large living/dining area and large porch area for eating, shmoozing and relaxing. It's close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops and has a park in the backyard.

This is a wonderful property to rent! I believe this is our 4th time. We always come away very satisfied with our stay. Mat is the perfect host-he stocks the home well, furnishes clear home instructions and is always available-just a great host! Home has nice furnishings, and a historic background. We especially liked the front enclosed porch for the kiddos and larger family gatherings. Really close to the beach. The kitchen is superb, loads of bedrooms and a lotta space. Had one family in the back cottage-so cool! Anyway.....you can tell we loved it! Appreciate ya Mat, and your lovely place! The Adkins and Meyers

We had 15 runners in town for the Delaware Running Festival. The house was perfect for a big prerace dinner, walking distance to the boardwalk start/finish and restaurants for post race. The house was beautiful, incredibly comfy with lots of space, bathrooms and all the amenities. Mat was very responsive when needed. We'll definitely be back!

If you have multiple teen aged family members there may be an issue with the elderly neighbors

This property worked out really well for our family- including kids and grandkids. The owner was easy to work with, and was responsive to any questions we had.

Our family enjoyed their week at this historic house. Access to the beach, the boardwalk and the shops/restaurants of Rehoboth could not be better. The kitchen(s) are the most fully equipped that we have ever encountered and the host was gracious and quick to respond. Best of all, there was lots of room!

Great host, turnkey experience. Lovely, big home with a bonus back house. Ideally located near the beach / boardwalk and the action of rehoboth.

The house is a little bit older, but it is in very good shape. The owner is extremely nice and very responsive whenever there was a problem. This summer is the second year we stayed in the house. We hope to stay there next summer also. The location and the number of bedrooms are wonderful.

We had another amazing week in Rehoboth and our host Mat was the best! We loved the house and cottage; it was perfect for our large family! Mat was extremely accommodating and had so many amenities provided! Looking forward to next year already!

Could not have been happier with the property. Easy walk to beach even for the 6 yr old. Two houses let us put late sleepers in Lake Cottage and early birds in the Gas Light. Everything you could want was there - plenty of pans, dishes, every utensil imaginable, good library, plenty of blankets/pillows, games/puzzles/beach toys. The huge screened front porch was a bonus. Owner was easy to contact before and during our stay; very responsive. Would not hesitate to stay there again - best family vacation ever.

The host was very attentive. The house is very clean. Most things have been recently updated. Some of the older things were quite serviceable. I have never stayed at a rental house that had so many kitchenware items available for use. The owner supplied all sorts of things we often don’t see, laundry detergent, dish towels, Abundance of paper goods. Lots of toys And books for kids. Lots of beach equipment. Excellent restroom facilities. Having the two separate buildings worked very well for our family as we wake up a different times.
