Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was great. The property had plenty of room to accommodate our 13 guests. Location was perfect with access to the beach and quick commute to friends. One of your guests had dog hair on there bed and we noticed dust and sand in the kitchen and living room area upon our arrival. Not a huge make our break situation. One thing I found a bit unfortunate was no hand soap throughout the house. There was plenty of dish soap from left overall guests and a pantry full of coffee essentials, trash bags etc. The linen package which I recall was 300 or 400 USD. We did not purchase the package and were fine bringing our own linens and towels. This was not a huge deal but don't understand when being charged a cleaning fee and had to purchase insurance of why this was not accommodate? Overall though it was a great weekend with friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and well-appointed. Fixtures appeared new. The kitchen appeared new. It is close to the beach. We all felt comfortable in this house. One problem, not created by the owner, was the 3 clogged toilets (out of 4) we experienced. Evidently this was caused by a cleaning solution that congealed in the drain. This problem was not fully solved until Wednesday of our vacation week. That was a bit of a bummer. Our rental agent couldn’t get a handyman out until Tuesday. And then we had another clog near midnight. The owner finally had a plumber come out to check the drains on Thursday. All clear. This is lovely home for a vacation. Our 12 people were comfortable. Our party experienced several local restaurants, especially sea food ones. All our party had good meals.

House is really nice and comfortable... not as posh as the mansions all around it seem to be, but pleasant. Bedrooms are quiet if the living room is noisy with family. Kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of tableware. Had a bit of trouble getting in because since the envelope had keys, I thought they would get us in, but they didn't work in the basement door. Then I realized the keychain had a code for the front door, and that took several tries to open. But realtor rep was nice about it. All in all, a great week!

We had a nice friends reunion. The house had plenary of room for all of us and great tables for game time! The guys especially liked the ping pong table.

This was our first family vacation with our grand baby so proximity to the beach was important. The house was lovely with adequate space for the 8 of use to spread put. We spent mornings on the rooftop, sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. The backporch was perfect for dinner each night. We cook and eat in so having a well stocked kitchen is important to us. There is room to grow in having newer cookware. We loved our time and would return again. Thanks so much!!

The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving. It is super convenient to the bay, the ocean, the pool the park, good restaurants, everything. Hope to stay here again in the near future!

This home was exactly as describe on the site. We had 8 adult women in our group and the home was comfortable and we had plenty of room. The home is located in a great area. It's within walking distance to the beach and private pier. Cape Henlopen State park and the ferry to Cape May were close to the home.
