The house was very cozy and comfortable. We stayed with friends and family and celebrated New Years in the lovely house. We especially enjoyed the sauna and hot tub! All necessary amenities were included, and the space was clean. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

We had a great experience at this property. Very peaceful, easy check in, great communication with owner and close to a lot of activities for the adults and kids. The entirety of the property is super clean and up to date. Kitchen was well stocked and even had a lot of games to play for the adults and kids.a lot of firewood available and the hot tub was perfect. Would definitely book here again if we are in the south haven area.

A peaceful country setting with an updated home surrounded by woods was very nice! The hosts were both accommodating and helpful when we had questions. About 15 minutes to the beach and in the heart of blueberry picking country we picked 9 lbs to bring home.

The check in process was seamless. We loved the house, very cute and clean. The house actually had quality furniture, most of the rental houses I've used have had uncomfortable/cheap feeling furniture but not this one. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed the open yard. If we ever return to this area we would absolutely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Modesta's home. Lot's of privacy, walking trails on property and close to Lake Michigan and it's great lakeside towns!

Our daughter was married sunday, so this limited our stay, but the house was beautiful, and we appreciated a fully stocked kitchen and nice dishwasher. The hot tub was awesome! Beds very comfortable.

We had a terrific week in this lovely old farmhouse that has been nicely renovated. Very roomy for my husband and me, plus two adult daughters. Also very clean. Kitchen was well stocked so that we stayed in and cooked all but one night. The coffee bar was also a terrific idea for travelers. The location was fantastic! It was close to everything. The Big Lake was an easy 15-20 minutes away. We have become familiar with this area so don’t require a “Lakefront Location.” This place is more secluded and peaceful. We had two fur babies with us and really enjoyed the opportunity to have them with us. The laundry room was also a huge plus and the washer with automatically dispensing detergent was an absolute revelation for this traveling family! Thanks for your warm hospitality and thoughtful additions that made our stay easy and fun.

Very clean home equipped with everything you need. Lots of stuff for children even a shaved ice maker. Our family enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, wooded trails behind the house. Perfect stay! Prime location! Our family loved the house. The hosts are very accommodating and prompt to any needs.

We had very nice stay. Communication was great starting before we even booked the property. Nice home tucked away in a private wooded area. We were able to relax after a funday of activities in several of the nearby towns. Closest to South Haven, we spent more time there, but also went to Kalamazoo, St Joseph, Holland, and Paw Paw Paw. There were so many things to do in the area. The home was secure with cameras and lighting for night time entrance. Beds were all comfortable. House was nicely appointed with things you might need and was very clean!! Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to our friends and family.

The property is in a secluded area. We had no trouble finding it with GPS. Very quiet and relaxing. The interior is updated and comfortable. We enjoyed our time chilling here.
