This house was amazing. The house was a lot bigger than the pictures show and the details to decorating was spot on. I loved waking up and going out to see the horses across the road from the house. The proximity to one of our favorite restaurants was perfect (Red State BBQ). I can't say enough about how happy we were with our stay. This house far exceeded our expectations and I will absolutely book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay. Todd was an excellent host. The home had everything we needed for our stay. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the fenced outdoor area. We would happily stay here again if we are back for an extended stay in the Lexington/Georgetown area.

We stay at this house every year for our visit and are always thrilled with the property. Already booked for next year!

we stay here all the time the property is always clean and it’s wonderful. Our dog thinks it’s Home. We used to have two dogs and one passed away. Been going to this place for years. It’s a home away from home.

Wonderful home! Huge living area and kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Fenced in back yard was perfect for the dogs. Convenient to everything we wanted to do…..distilleries and shopping and everything Lexington has to offer! We loved it!

we have stayed in this house and another owned by Todd and always knew be it! He is a super host, very attentive and the properties are all well maintained. We love taking our dog. we used to have two but one passed and now Coco is our girl who loves the farm life and green KY bluegrass!

Perfect location to the area sights. The home was comfortable and had all the accommodations we needed, including the fenced yard for the 2 dogs!

The house is delightful! The pictures don't do it justice. Host was very accommodating. Location great for restaurants and sight seeing. Highly recommended for families.

The house was comfy, clean, and spacious. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for our stay. If I am ever in the area again I would defiantly rebook.

The checkin process was easy and communication with the owner was great! My only complaint with the home was I had to supply my own hand soap and toilet paper. Luckily someone had left some toilet paper to get us by until we went to the store. The beds were comfortable and clean and the home had a nice smell to it. I would totally rent this home again.

This is our second stay Kentucky at one of Todd’s houses and I can’t say enough good things about his properties! So clean well stocked, decorated beautifully and so close to absolutely everything! I highly recommend Todd’s houses to anybody that is considering visiting the horse park or nearby farms, and we will definitely be back!

The house was exactly what we expected and the secludedness of the house was so nice. We were able to enjoy the night sky without light pollution. Just a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The over abundance of towels and wash cloths was a nice surprise. Check in was easy. Loved Red State BBQ within a short distance. While here we visited the Kentucky Derby Horse Park, Stockyards, Buffalo Trace Distillery, Creation Museum and the Ark. Nice location and pet friendly was a huge plus!!

We stayed for Breyerfest and it was the perfect location for everyone to unwind and to get away but still be close to all of the action! We had to contact the host once and he was incredibly helpful with the situation. Would highly recommend!

Stayed the weekend to celebrate granddaughter’s UK graduation. Appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen so we could make treats for gathering.

This is the third year renting from Todd! We have one of his homes reserved for 2026!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s not fancy, but it’s large and clean. Plenty of room for us and our adult children. We enjoyed sitting on the patio while the dogs played in the fenced yard. We walked the gravel road and visited with the horses. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Easter getaway.

The host was very good at communicating. The house was a great size with a large fenced in yard with a beautiful view of horses. It was very comfortable for our family including teenagers & fur babies. Would stay there again!

The house was a beautiful older home with what looked to be the original wood floors. The living room area and kitchen were spacious enough to accommodate four adults and two children without feeling cramped. The three bedrooms worked well for us. All of the furnishings were horse themed, and it was interesting to look at all of the pictures and such. The house was on a beautiful piece of property with a fenced in back yard, which our two dogs really enjoyed running around in. While you enjoyed feeling like you were in a very rural area, Georgetown and Lexington were both close by.

Nice single level home with a great location. Our family is all in Georgetown and the location was perfect for us. We are former Kentucky residents and staying on a horse farm was such a treat

Perfect for a quick getaway. Great location right by highways and close to Lexington and KY horse park. Fenced backyard key for our dogs. Host was great. Old school charm.

The house was spacious and well appointed. The setting was rural with horses pastured down the private drive. The best thing was the communication and support of the host and his son who responded quickly and positively to our needs, requests, and questions. It was a very comfortable stay and the dogs appreciated being able to run in the fenced in backyard. Confidently recommend.
