Stayed Nov 1, 2024We were unwilling to stay in this place. Went in to filthy, stained, ripped furniture that looked like someone picked up from the side of the road. Even charities would never accept this furniture as a donation. Bedding stained. The whole place looks like a foreclosure someone bought and just quickly painted and stuck some trashed furniture in. I could not imagine sleeping one night there. We texted the host to advise of this, and they did nothing - offered nothing. So we were out what we had paid for 4 nights, and had to run around with 2 small children trying to find another place to stay on a getaway with my daughter and my 2 granddaughters. It was a nightmare. I'd also say that this was not 1/4 mile from Old Town Scottsdale. Maybe from some outermost point of it, but not walkable with small kids which was the other reason we booked this. Huge disappointment, and the only such experience I've had, or that my large family has had, with numerous bookings of this type. If this had been my first such booking, I'd never book through this entity again, but I know it's not characteristic of the offerings here. We've stayed in some fabulous places where the owners take great pride in their properties.
