The main level has a large gathering space (approx. 850 sq ft) with a kitchen, dining area, and a 70 smart Vizio TV. The laundry is in the loft studio suite's bath. The main living room connects to 4 BRs/2 baths on the north side and 3 BRs on the south side. The loft has an upper deck with stairs to the fenced backyard. Access is via a gated entrance with a unique 4-digit code. Plenty of parking on the North, West, & South sides.
