Step into our stunning open concept main floor and be greeted by a flood of natural light cascading from the high ceilings. Your eyes will dance around, appreciating an array of carefully selected art pieces adding character to our home. The expansive living room, equipped with a large sectional, smart TV, speakers, and a chic bar cart, invites you to unwind, connect, and entertain.



Feeling hungry Create culinary masterpieces in our fully-equipped kitchen, boasting a large, impressive island seating four, and all the essentials you need including a dishwasher. Should you choose to dine in, a charming dining space that seats four awaits.



Our home`s charm extends beyond the interior. Three doors on the main floor lead you out to our fabulous outdoor spaces. Breathe in the fresh Austin air on our covered patio or under the twinkling string lights in our backyard – the perfect setting for an intimate evening or a spirited gathering.



Venture upstairs to discover more fun and uniqueness. Our cozy secondary living room houses a sofa bed, smart TV, and a daybed, serving as an extra space for relaxation. A door leads you to another patio space, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a late-night star gaze.



Our massive primary bedroom is a dream come true! Enjoy access to a private balcony, a luxuriously large walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom. Soak away your worries in our deep tub or enjoy a refreshing shower in our beautiful glass-tiled shower. This sanctuary also features a double sink for added convenience.



Further upstairs, you`ll find two additional bedrooms, one with a plush king bed and ample closet space, and another with a cozy queen bed. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed and equipped with hotel-quality linens for a restful night`s sleep.



Three beautifully designed bathrooms, each boasting unique tiling, come equipped with all the essentials, making your stay as convenient as it is comfortable. And no need to overpack - we`ve got a stacked washer and dryer tucked away in an upstairs closet.

There is parking for one vehicle in the carport and one in the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking nearby, please just be mindful of our neighbors and do not block any driveways.
