12th Green at Duncan Golf Club and Tennis Club

The property is well-maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. The golf course view is especially relaxing. It was perfect for our needs. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would stay here again.

The property was dirty. We had to clean most areas before we could use them. The ceiling fans look like they have not been cleaned in a year. The refrigerator looked like it was wiped down with a dirty bathroom rag. There are several stains on the carpets. Dishes had food still stuck to it from prior use. There was cleaning sponge there that was gross so we had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies before we could even use the place. Did I mention that we had to wash everything before we could use it. The large burner on the stove does not work so cooking anything was a pain having to use the smaller burners. Also we washed one of the blankets and the washer did not spin the water out so I had to wring the blanket out in the tub before we could put it in the dryer. Good thing that we brought our own towels because the white towels were dingy grey/brown and we would not use them. When I took the trash out I exited the back/side door and when I returned I found that the door was caked with dirt and spider webs. So like the ceiling fans... not cleaned in a very long time. The only things that were acceptable was that the beds and couches seemed clean. It was an unpleasant experience overall and we will not be retuning and will advise others not to rent this place.

This rental was amazing due to the size of the entire house especially living room with furnishings. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but we had enough seating for a large group! The back yard was fenced and room enough for the dogs to get their zoomies on! Rooms were comfortable and nice. We will definitely rent this again.

House was large enough for all of us. Love the new bedroom.

The property was nice and spacious. However there was a hot tub listed in the description and there is not one. The bathroom has a tub and you can put hot water in it but it wasn't a spa tub.

As usual when I come to Duncan and stay here - awesome! We were very comfortable and had room for family and friends to come and visit The price is great and the response to any issue is very quick. We love staying here!

The house was very clean and the set up was nice to work with 3 people staying.

Quiet and roomy. Perfect for family of 5. Central location. Golf views really are nice even if you don't join in.
