12C Virginia Ave- Gorgeously appointed luxury townhome

The home was beautiful with an updated kitchen and large living room. The flat screen TV was very large, but we were disappointed that we could not find regular broadcast channels (e.g., ABC, CBS, NBC). Also, there was no guide to the TV that would explain how to access streaming services, though we did figure that out. The new washer and dryer were nice, but we were glad my husband is six feet tall or I wouldn't have been able to reach the dryer controls. The home is close is steps away from the Boardwalk and near the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again.

Good - Amazing location, well stocked kitchen, good communication with property manager. Improve: Property is managed by a real estate agent so you use their app along with VRBO app to manage the rental. You pay through their app and pay an additional 3% for credit card. Agent wanted us to pick up a key their office in a high traffic area on a Saturday but eventually let us just use the door code to access the property.

Treated my older brother and nephew to a few lovely days. Lovely townhouse, nicely decorated. So close to the ocean!

It was the perfect location for the Rehoboth half marathon. It is a cute and spacious townhouse - perfect for the 5 of us. 3 bedroom. 2.5 bathroom. Walking distance to the boardwalk. 2 parking spaces. Very nice! I am used to renting directly from the owners on Vrbo. We had to pick up the code from realtors. Property managers were very easy to work with.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect - less than a block from the beach, and a short walk to the downtown area with lots of restaurants & shops. The house was cute and comfy. It had everything we needed for the weekend!

The property is perfectly located near the boardwalk and beach. Quiet area ample parking and the house was perfect! Three bedrooms 2 1/2 bath and a nice open living room and kitchen. Served all our needs for the weekend.

The property was everything we hoped for. The location was ideal, close to every convenience but not loud and crowded on a busy holiday week. The home has been renovated beautifully and we would love to come back to enjoy another stay in the future.

My friends and I loved this condo - perfect location from the bars and boardwalk, quiet street, and the interior of this condo was modern and gorgeous. We loved our stay and would definitely return.
