Nestled above the Private Nicklaus Designed Golf Course this home has the long range mountain views you are looking for. A Private Hot tub, Large Back Yard, Open Kitchen and a 2 minute walk to the Golf Course Pro Shop makethis a truly unique home.

The Main level features a large open kitchen concept with gas burner stove and a large eat at kitchen island that stands out as a center point. Through the Living Room, complete with gas fireplace and screened in deck access, the Primary Bedroom features a King Bed with attached Bathroom with a large walk in shower. Screened in deck off the back of the home offers more dining options and another beautiful place to relax and soak in the mountains. Above the Kitchen is a Loft that features 2 Twin Beds and a unique Ladder Access (this is the only access to this level).
