Stayed Nov 10, 2024We had a short stay for an event at the Alamodome. The place was very clean and beautifully modern. We were very comfortable in this home. The neighborhood was rough, but I never felt unsafe. We chose not to walk to the Alamodome, however as we did not feel comfortable walking in the neighborhoods during the day or night. The communication was fair, never had trouble getting a hold of the property manager, but I wish they would Have had better check-in information. Typically, I get my keys and check in instructions to three days before my arrival but one day from my arrival, I still had not received checking information. When I messaged him, he said I would get information the day of check in. Before I left town, I checked for checking information and still it wasn’t there. I messaged him again and he responded that I would get check information one hour before my check in time. I began to worry that there was a problem with my reservation. I contacted the property manager and he reassured me we would be staying in this property. We took a risk traveling six hours without knowing if we were actually gonna get keys. We did get keys otherwise had a great stay.
