We didn't have any kids and it was too cool for the pool but the pool area was nice. The roof top deck was beautiful, we couldnt figure out how to work the fire pit so we didnt stay up there as long. The rooms were nice and we enjoyed thay each room had its own bathroom! The host responds timely and was very nice.

Great girls weekend accomplished! Eight women came from all over the country for a bachelorette party and this beautiful space was the perfect place for us to have a relaxing and fun time! Very walkable to the beach and plenty of space for everyone to get ready to go out. Honestly the pictures don’t do the place justice. Communication with the property managers was great and very prompt, professional, and clear. The owner even stopped by to make sure we didn’t have any questions or needs. 10/10!

The home is beautiful but needs a good cleaning. We found it to be quite dirty inside and out. all our socks were filthy walking on the floors. We used sanitizing wipes on countertops and they were dirty as well. The water pressure is very low and couldn’t get hot water in the shower in one of the bedrooms The bed in one of the rooms fell on my son in law and cut his foot. Owner did come and repair the next day and accused us of moving the bed which was not the case. Tiles around the pool are loose and uneven causing a dangerous tripping hazard. Mold growing in hallway from pool area to upstairs Hood on stove top is non working for cooking The beach shuttle number was typed out on a paper on the coffee table but was a non working number. We finally on the third day stopped the shuttle on the street to ask and were given the correct number. Many inconveniences at this home that a little updating from the owner and good cleaning would take care of. On the positive the home was big enough for our large family nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. There were plenty pots pans dishes and utensils no kitchen hand soap. The games were missing pieces and in the pool area. the table tennis had rotten broken paddles laying on the ground in the pool area. The foosball game in the kids bunk room missing balls. We made the best of a bad situation and enjoyed one another even though the situation was not what we had experienced from other Vrbo stays as a family.

Our family gathered in HH for family, fun, and sun. This was exactly what we experienced. The house was as described. You could tell that it was managed by a property management company because it lacked the care and details of a home owner. It was a great house for our large family and I did like that each bedroom had a bathroom and shower.

House was very comfortable and Tony/Brian was very quick to answer a few questions and resolve a minor concern.

Pros… the house was large, clean, and very nice, which for us, is most important. There was plenty of room to cook and for a large group to gather and eat together. It is close to everything as far as the grocery, shopping and restaurants. Cons… the private pool is quite small and under the house so you aren’t in the pool and the sun at the same time if you like to float and tan. If you were to use a float, you could use 3 at most and they would touch so definitely not big enough for a group of 13 like we had. The place is not close to the beach, but about a 7-10 min walk. If you’re hauling a lot to the beach, make sure you bring a wagon with beach wheels. We did found find out at the end of day 2 that there is a shuttle for that specific area so it worked out to be tolerable but definitely more work than a normal walk to the beach. The beach chairs were actually camp chairs so if you like to be low to the ground and in the water, bring your own chair. We ended up going to buy some. The kitchen is not well stocked so if you like to cook especially for a crowd, bring supplies.All in all, it was a great stay. We wouldn’t rent it again because we would have to bring too much and the pool was a deal breaker for us but that’s our own quirks.

Our recent stay at this property was ideal. It hosts plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. The kids had a great time in the pool and loved the bunk bedroom. Contact with the host was almost immediate. It was also a short walk to the beach. I would stay again!

12 Crabline Ct. was perfect for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. We would have loved a 2nd oven, however.

Standard rental property in safe location. Nice for large groups, several places for people to congregate in house to allow for different activities, main room, outside patio and roof top. They only provide bare minimum. No salt/pepper/ only 2 garbage bags/ no napkins, scarce toilet paper, no hand soap.

We loved our stay at this location. The shuttle service was a lifesaver for getting to the beach with all of our beach gear. It was also a short bike ride to the beach to watch sunsets. We had all age ranges and it was nice to be able to ride to the park for the kids to play. The house is big and gorgeous with lots of sleeping options. The pool is mostly covered with shade so no sun bathing there and it is small for the amount of children we had but they didn’t seem to mind. There were a few maintenance items that came up- leaking from the ceiling and garage door wouldn’t open. The property manager was very quick to help fix the issues. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This was the perfect spot for my sister's bachelorette weekend. We enjoyed being able to each have our own room and bathroom, and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The living room/kitchen space was great for having meals and movie nights, and the pool was perfect for steamy afternoons.

Beautiful home, and very spacious. Needs some updated outdoor and indoor furniture. A few changes would really improve stays. The house was clean and I appreciated the white linens on all the beds. They were clean and comfortable. The house was freezing our first night. The downstairs bedroom felt to be 68 degrees. Bring extra blankets unless you won't fill the house and can grab from other beds. The pool furniture downstairs looked very dirty and the couch by pool looked like it might be breaking on bottom. A couple of the chairs in living room could stand to be replaced. If you don't have games my suggestion would be to clean out the cabinet to make it more relaxing. The kitchen is not stocked for cooking with any staples -fyi, but did have a great amount of glassware for drinks, which we appreciated. You are only provided with two dishwasher pods so plan on bringing or buying those. The rooftop deck and deck off living room were nice. The balconies in the bedrooms are locked and not useable. Overall a good stay.
