Great kitchen area w pool table and huge dining table. Plenty of room for all to congregate. Good sized bedrooms w private bathrooms, 12 rooms w plenty of beds. Staff very attentive tho not always great communication. Some better than others. All in all a wonderful place to stay! Even allowed us an extra day since no one checking in and our flight was late at nite, didn’t charge us much at all. They set up drivers for us to and from airport without any problem. Got us private chef one nite which was so great—from watching them work to eating the final product it was well worth the cost! Lots to do and see. It was a 5-10 min walk to the beach but not bad at all. Pool was refreshing and very clean. Highly recommend!!

VRBO and the VIP agency were first class during our entire stay in Jaco. The house was spotless upon arrival and was cleaned daily through the duration of our stay. It was the perfect setup for the bachelor party and within walking distance of downtown Jaco. I will absolutely be back!

Great property for large group

Property location was great with walking distance to all shopping and the beach. Property setup was perfect for are group of 24. Privacy fence, clean pool, good size bedrooms, large kitchen and roomy dinning area. Everything was super clean, well maintained and in working order. Overall great stay and experience.

In my first attempt to book a villa in Costa Rica, I was met with several companies who were pestering me to book their properties with strings attached. These companies would force you to purchase all transportation and excursions with them. They would put their ads on VRBO and AirBnb, sites known for no attached fees, but add small disclaimers or obligatory fees. I was initially upset with this. How can a company put a property on a rental website but force you to sign up for a package? I thought it was unfair. However, we had already paid for this villa and I decided to make the best of it. It was the best money we had ever spent. JacoVIP took care of our accommodations: security guard at night, daily room service, and very knowledgeable concierges who attended to our needs. Our private compound had 12-14 rooms and everyone had their own room with bed and shower. Our kitchen was massive and the pool was clean. I would highly encourage booking with them. They are professional, knowledgeable, and they will take care of your needs. Thank you JacoVIP (especially Linda and Jessica) for a fantastic experience.

Couldn't have picked a better place to rent for our bachelor party trip to Jaco Beach and couldn't have picked any better hosts and guides than the Jaco VIP company. La Palma was real close to downtown Jaco center, like 3 minutes in a taxi or the Jaco VIP courtesy van that was made available to us several times. According to our concierge, it used to be a hotel that they converted to a private party vacation rental. It was very private and the property is loaded with a lot of tropical plants and really well landscaped. The layout was perfect for our group of 14 men! The rooms were clean with lots of space air conditioned and comfortable. The pool is in the center of the property which was perfect. We booked a pool party with a DJ and BBQ lunch that went better than we expected as was a blast! The DJ was great and the chef made some really tasty food. The kitchen, dining and living room are in a huge glass enclosed structure that was pretty awesome and really comfortable to eat in, party in and lounge around in. The Jaco VIP concierge hosts and private chef we had, are what really put this whole trip over the top for us! They made sure we had everything we needed when we needed it, made sure we got out on time to our ATV tour and fishing charters we booked with them, and took us out to some great nightclubs in Jaco. This trip was a total success from the start to the end! Thank you Jalynn and Angela for being so helpful and patience through the planning of this trip, Thank you again to the Jaco VIP concierges and chef for making this such a great experience for the Bachelor and the rest of us. You guys are amazing and we will recommend La Palma and Jaco VIP to everyone here back home in L.A.

We really enjoyed La Palma. We booked it for my best friends bachelor party trip to Jaco and it turned out to be the perfect set up! It was once a hotel that has been remodeled and turned into a private vacation rental property. The grounds are really well maintained with a lot of nice tropical plants and trees, the pool is in the center of the property. It's large and private so you can do whatever you want without worries. The bedrooms were all air conditioned, large and very comfortable. The housekeepers were really friendly and did a good job the whole stay. The location was perfect too. Downtown Jaco and the beach was really close by and easy to go back and forth. We had a day and night concierge assigned to our group from Jaco VIP and they were a huge help to us. They showed us around, where to go, took us around and checked up on us often. It really helped make our stay a lot better and easier. Jalynn and Angela were great to work with before we booked and after we booked and the Jaco VIP company made it very easy to arrange our airport transfers, tours and private chef service ( which was incredible.. ask for Chef Michael). We would love to come back to Jaco again and would stay at La Palma again without hesitation.

Check in was easy and the Jaco VIP daytime concierge named Shamilla who was assigned to our group was fantastic. She showed us where everything was, how to use the wifi, the safes, the A/C's etc.. The property itself was better than we had expected. Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable and private. The Pool is in the center of the property and is large, private and well maintained. The dining and kitchen area is a really cool layout. Huge glass windows and doors and really hip decor. We booked the private chef service as well which turned out to be a very delicious decision. Chef Ronay made us 5 star meals for breakfast and dinners the whole time we were there. Everything he made from fresh Sushi and Seafood to Steaks, BBQ, Mexican food, Indian Food, Costa Rican food and all of it was just amazing! Overall service from everyone at Jaco VIP far exceeded our expectations as did the property itself. We had a great time in Jaco thanks to everyone that helped us plan this trip. Thank you so much again Bobby, Jalynn, Angela, Maria, Shamilla, Ronay, Max, and your whole team!

Nicer than expected on arrival. Beautiful property, rooms were nicely furnished and decorated, pool is large and private, location was great and close to everything. Services provided by Jaco VIP staff were the best and took this vacation to the perfection level. VIP Concierges, Chef, Housekeepers, and office staff were all so nice and so accommodating to all of us. My group of friends have taken bachelor party trips to several other locations in the past .. Columbia, Dominican Republic and Vegas... and now to Jaco Beach and this was by far the best of them all without question! 100% coming back and no need to go anywhere else for future bachelor party adventures... Jaco is amazing! See you all again soon.
