Stayed May 30, 2026The property manager was very helpful. She walked us through important facts about the house air and the elevator. We had a great experience. Our only problem was there was no iron in the house for us to use.

Stayed Apr 22, 2026Excellent home and very close walk to beach. A lovely spot for 11 life long friends to stay after a wedding in Apopka. 3rd floor porch of the large common area provided an ocean view.

Stayed May 23, 2025We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful inside- very large and great common area to hang out, eat, and enjoy. The balcony is great- I was surprised to have a bit of a beach view. The back gate from the pool patio made beach access super easy! And the agent that helped us, Natasja, went far above expectations to be helpful to us before, during, and after our stay! Special kudos to Natasja!!!

Stayed Jul 28, 2024We stayed with friends and our family and it was lovely. We all created core memories and it was overall a wonderful experience. I was a bit surprised by how many things were locked up like the garage and closets. It was fine but a bit unexpected. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We had a wonderful stay. The house is gorgeous with great ocean views. Natasja was right on time at check in, easy to communicate with, and responsive to a few minor issues. The elevator was extremely helpful for our 93 year old parents. Lovely place.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We met as a family, coming from California, Tennessee and North Carolina. This group grew up summering together in NSB, but hadn't done so in 15 years. This house provided the perfect place to gather together, reminisce on the past, and make new memories together. Everyone enjoyed the privacy of their own room, but ample space to all gather together on the many porches, shared space, great pool, and easy access to the beach.
