House is perfect for large families. We really enjoyed the layout and the outdoor areas. Communication with owner was great.

We love these two houses! This is our 4th time to stay here and it felt like coming home! Thanks for the snack tray and s’mores! Everything is always clean and well stocked. Comfy beds. Love it!

Place is unique and cozy. Walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed hanging out between both houses and outdoor patio.

12 Armadillos was perfect for our family birthday/reunion! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and super well-located for walking into town and exploring shops, restaurants, and bars. We loved the outdoor spaces/fire pit area as well. The kitchen was well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. We loved the fact that there were two houses which accommodated our multiple family groups nicely. Thanks!

The property was very nice. A lot of fun for the family. Some of the games and trivia were great. The host was exceptionally helpful and flexible with our check-in checkout process. Highly recommend this for an in town stay.

This place is wonderful, perfectly located for town. A fun hangout for a large group with lots of room to chill and visit! They truly thought of everything and the house is super cool with such personality

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 8 adults and 5 kids and these two spaces gave us plenty of room to lounge, visit, and eat together! Houses were so nice! (Loved the rooms named after blue bell flavors!) The location was perfect and very close to restaurants. We coordinated to have Tara Steele (All Things Acres) as recommended by the hosts and my son loved his baking class with her! He got to make 2 pies with an expert and to him (5 year old) she was a REAL chef and her dinner was delicious! We greatly appreciated her time with us! We stayed here for our first time to go experience the Round Top Antique Week and we are already looking forward to next year! Great place and since the beginning, our host was very quick and very helpful to our guests! Overall, we will be back and recommend the 12 Armadillos! Thanks so much Christa! God bless!

We rented this property for the weekend for us and our extended family for a wedding near by. The owners went out of their way to accomodate us for an early check in and a late check out, which was very much appreciated with the stress we were under. Highly recommend this property and the owners for an exceptional experience.

This was one of our absolutely favorite places we’ve rented. We all met there for our parents 50th anniversary. The teens and young adults stayed in the little house. We all hung out in the big house. Spacious, well stocked, great place!

We booked 12 Armadillos for our sons wedding at a nearby venue. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kiddos enjoyed the dress up crate and pac-man game. Lovely stay :)

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! It was perfectly laid out for our group with plenty of parking for everyone. We were able to walk to the restaurants there in Brenham and had just a short 25 minute drive into round top! Would definitely stay again!

If you have a large group coming to Brenham this is the only place to stay! We were in town for a family wedding and had 3 families sharing this place. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and beautifully furnished. The location is icing on the cake as it is just a short walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

We love this place it has 2 houses on it a small and bigger one. We came to Brenham for a softball tournament and had 3 families with us. We were able to put all parents in big house and let the young adults stay in smaller house. We were all able to meet on back patio between houses and hang out. Also we checked out and went to our tournament schedule Sunday morning and made winners bracket then we had a 3 hour break and ask host if we could come back and hang in the AC for a while and they had no problem with it best host ever
