Excellent location and nice place

The location was perfect for us. We went to the Greensboro Science Museum - WoW! What a place. And this house was in the perfect location. Close to shops and restaurants as well as the museum.

It was clean, and smelled nice. It was on the nice side of town, quiet and cozy! I would definitely stay here again!

We appreciated the smooth check-in, the early 2 pm arrival the host allowed, and that the place was clean on entry. The location was easy to find with a straightforward driveway, and the backyard with string lights around a seating area was a plus too and the front porch made for a nice spot to sit with friends, had to use the chairs from the backyard to sit on the front porch in the morning. Board games were a nice touch, and the stovetop worked fine for simple cooking like ramen. That said, there were several issues that affected the stay. The oven had been lined with foil, which is a safety hazard, so we removed it. We also found old fries in the stove drawer. The front of the stove drawer and the dishwasher face needed to be wiped down, even though the dishwasher interior was clean. There were markings on some walls especially behind the couch, and one of the outdoor chairs cracked under normal use. Basic kitchen equipment was incomplete too, there was no baking sheet, which pushed us to eat out. Towels existed but were hard to locate, tucked away in a back bedroom closet rather than somewhere intuitive in the bathroom. Overall it is a convenient location and has some nice touches, but the foil-lined oven and leftover food in the stove area were unacceptable. We’d still consider coming back because the place has potential and we liked the outdoor spaces and easy check-in. We just hope these issues are addressed before our next visit so the stay matches the positives.

My plane was cancelled for Friday night I was in continuous contact with person every step of the way until my flight canceled first it was the weather then we sat on the tarmac again continuously in contact. I was able to book for early morning flight again letting them know of my arrival for 7am. I asked if that would be okay they say place will no e available until after 4pm y that time I advised I will be back at the airport. My check in was for after 4pm on Friday the 25/26 check out was extended to 1:30 pm because of my late arrival on the Friday.

Well maintained property accessible to many places around the city.

Comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced. Host did not see my request to check out one day later, which caused us to scramble. Otherwise, very good host.

Close to everything you need! Fully equipped, well maintained, comfortable space with impeccable communication! Check in was easy and home was modern and inviting with amenities for the whole family. *If you are like me and bring your own sheets, pay attention to the pictures not the description, there are two full beds (not twin) and one queen.

Stayed for my daughter’s graduation from UNCG. Was close to everything and the place worked out perfect.

I stayed for three nights. The house was as pictured and very clean. More than enough extra linen and towels. I locked us out on accident really late at night and was able to cqll and get assistance to get us in. It is located on a busy street but that did not impact getting in and out the driveway.Located seconds.from a walgreems, little ceasars and stsrbucks and a.few mins from a Food Lion.

house it great however you have to be careful. the floor work was not done well and there are soft parts and dips in the floor .

The communication before and during our stay was detailed and answered all our questions. The house was close to everything we wanted to do and had lots of local restaurants in Greensboro. The house was comfortable and simple which we enjoyed, but had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, more than other elaborately decorated places. We appreciated having necessities provided even though we didn't use them. We would stay here again if we are in the area!

The house is very close to restaurants and grocery stores; therefore, you can quickly retrieve any essentials. The host is super helpful and responsive! Great overall experience with my daughter who’s enrolled at a nearby college.

The home was spotless and very clean. The beds are comfortable and have enough additional linens if needed. An excellent place to stay and hoping to rent here again for future visits.

At the last minute, the host discovered he had accepted clients on both VRBO and its competitor. I was the unlucky one.

My son and I stayed three nights while we were in town for a track meet. The home was very clean and comfortable. It's close to several restaurants, a grocery store, and some other stores. If we ever come back to Greensboro, we'll stay here again if it's available.
