Stayed Aug 28, 2025One of the cleanest properties I’ve ever rented. The owner put in so much thought as to large families, that the property includes 3 refrigerators for example. So many amenities. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided, all the pots and pans we could ever use. Beautiful pool, jacuzzi, so much seating. We could not have asked for anything more.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025This was a great house for our large family beach trip. Plenty of room for everyone. The game room and pool were a huge hit. The large living room and kitchen were great. The doubled fridges and ovens were a blessing. The walk to the beach was easy and quick, even with kids. We would definitely stay here again.- The kitchen didn't have any oven mitts so maybe bring one or two with you. Otherwise, the kitchen and house were stocked very well.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025The house was amazing, bright, very clean, and absolutely beautiful. Very short walk to the beach, easy to get in and out of. The garage had a large stock of beach accessories that are great for kids and adults, the pool was wonderful and clean, and the kitchen had a wide variety of dishes for cooking, baking, and eating. The owner has very reasonable rules and expectations and has made them easy to follow - standard and obvious rules like not bringing in sandy beach stuff or using glass around the pool. Basically, respecting the property. I did not think the rules were unreasonable or onerous and the owner has provided an easily accessible shower and hose in the back for rinsing sand off before going inside.The house was so close to the beach that we could wander down for 30-45 minute increments without worrying about making a trip out of it. The location was amazing.The owner was very responsive to messages about various questions. She even had batteries dropped off for a dead remote within an hour of asking if there might be some in a drawer somewhere.Altogether, Lyly was a fantastic host and the house was amazing. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025What a great week we had! The house was beautiful and perfect for our four generation family trip! There was plenty of room to sleep and the gathering spots were big enough for us to all sit together and visit. We all enjoyed the pool so much and it was big enough for all of us. The host was quick to answer all my questions. Perfect trip in every way!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025very spacious, very modern, very nice we all got to eat together, using garage helped us accommodate 4 vehicles pool was missing light (it was only flashing very dim)but it didn't bother us that much to address with owners hot tube was perfect will book again next year thanks

Stayed Jun 1, 2025This house was a lot of fun to stay at. Not as clean as expected on arrival and kitchen was missing some main items. We purchased plastic turners for the nonstick cookware while we were there and we never found any oven mitts. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed the pool table. It was a quick walk to the beach. Overall, a great place to stay for a group.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024This house is in a perfect location, nice neighborhood, close to the beach and other attractions. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc. to accommodate the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Our stay in the Jupiter Villa was wonderful. The house is beautiful and was everything we hoped it would be. The pool was amazing and when we weren't in the pool, we were only a few houses away from beach access. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops in South Padre and everything else was in short driving distance. The house was large and laid out perfectly for our group of adults, teens and children -- we numbered 20. The kitchen was large enough that we could hang out while cooking and never get crowded and then the tables and chairs held us all so we could all eat together and worked great for game nights. We have absolutely no complaints with this home. It was perfect.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024Loved the house! We had a total of 21 people of various ages! The pool and the hot tub were great! Beach access was not far from the house and easy to get to. So easy to check into the house and communication from the owners was great! Thinking about booking the house again next summer!

Stayed May 1, 2024House was great for a big group. Needs cushions for the pool lounges and hot tub needs repair to 2 jets and cover is completely deteriorated
