Close to St Augustine and Beaches great area for springs and amazing weather. Note that home is on well water system so at first water smells like sulphur but is no harm let water run and smell will lessen. Stayed May 26, 2023Plenty of parking for my truck and 25 foot trailer. Legit 6 min from Hogwaller. We will be staying again! Nothing like a private hot shower and plenty of space!
