1069 - Seadation, Lake View with a Private Pool & Hot Tub

The beds were a bit too firm for all but were ok. Resort realty was very attentive, the HOA is a bit much but ok. The quietness of the location is great for privacy. The amenities and available utensils in the kitchen are great. Maybe some can be placed in the lower kitchenette. The Elevator is a plus!

Its was a very nice house. It could have been cleaner and we found some things that were broken but we had a great time!

Wonderful house and property and way to reconnect with nature. Only recommendation would be to replace all mattresses in the house. Good location and access, hot tub on cool or cold evenings was wonderful.

The house is lovely but in desperate need of an exterior power washing to clear away dead bugs. Each bedroom was tastefully decorated and had its own bathroom. We enjoyed the home theater and would have used the pool and hot tub if it had been warmer. We appreciated the excellent wi-fi and great selection of tv channels. The kitchen was fully stocked, but many dishes, etc. are chipped and need to be replaced. One of the dishwashers was not working, which we did not know until we had fully loaded it. We had not reported it not working, but a repairman showed up to fix it without anyone telling us he was coming. He caught us all in our pajamas, but we let him in because he said he had driven a long distance to get there. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, we saw few neighbors while there. Some blinds or shutters on the 3rd floor windows would help with some privacy at night, and some heavier curtains in the bedrooms would help keep the sunlight out in the early morning. One of the wicker chairs in the game room has a broken leg and is unusable. We really appreciated the elevator for getting all of our groceries up to the 3rd floor. If the house were on the beach, we would definitely stay there again because in spite of the few issues, we did like the house and it's decor.

This property is very pretty & spacious. We had a great time. Very nicely decorated. All of the bedrooms were very nice with their own bathrooms. Plus the two additional half baths. Pool & hot tub were nice! We did see some snakes, turtles, and lots of tree frogs! We only had a few minor complaints, we had an issue with the elevator and it took 2 days to fix it. The dryer on the second floor takes 3-4 cycles to actually get the clothes dry. The upstairs freezer doesn’t have much space. The only thing we would add to this home would be a picnic table outside by the pool!
