This newly modernised, split-level 2-bedroom house is located in the heart of Nerja, just a stone's throw away from the shops, bars and restaurants in this wonderful resort. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge, one bathroom and a separate WC. The house has a capacity for 6 guests.



Casa Carretas is air conditioned and split over 3 levels. There is a lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy, perfect for the warm evenings as well as the sunny days. The property is finished to a very high standard and has a lovely light and airy feel inside. Guests staying here can enjoy being within very short walking distance of the town centre and beaches.

A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however, the apartment's convenient location, close to all the amenities in Nerja, means that it's quite possible to enjoy your stay here without a car.     Cleanliness, of 20 years of travelling this was the cleanest and best equipped with dishes etc and location is perfect and the owner was super helpful

    Staying in a lovely old-style townhouse in our favourite location in the residential backstreets behind Los Huertos with easy walking to shops/bars/beaches, simply but adequately furnished with all the things we needed for a comfortable one-month winter stay. Great responsiveness and kindness from the agency personnel, the cleaners and the owner - and the neighbours were very friendly too. Nothing major - a few minor household things that need refreshing/replacing (fed back to the agency), but overall all the important things were good and we look forward to our stay next year.

    Pristine and modern town house. Everything you could want and more. Fantastic location in a quiet street. A complimentary bottle of wine left for our arrival, plus various teas and coffees, etc. A lovely touch. Super clean and well organised. Highly recommend it! Maribel at Sun Spain Rentals was so lovely and helpful.

    The property was in a brilliant location and a car was not necessary! The welcome basket when we arrived was a lovely touch and we really appreciated it. There is so much space in the property and the private sun terrace was a great feature. We loved our stay and we will be booking again! There was nothing to improve, we had a wonderful stay!

    Lovely stay in this spotless townhouse in Nerja old town. Great location for beaches, bars and restaurants plus a short walk to the bus stops. House was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout. Very well equipped with thoughtful touches everywhere. A welcoming bottle of wine a chocolate plus bottled water in the fridge was a kind gesture. Would love to stay again The company, particularly Maribel, were excellent with great communication and organisation. Queries were answered without delay and they couldn’t be more helpful. Will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to visit Nerja/Malaga area in the future Not a problem for us, but if more than two people stayed they would not be able to lounge on the roof terrace together. Perhaps the addition of four beach chairs would be useful. Could be folded away and stored on the top floor when not in use.

    We loved our stay here. My husband, baby and father stayed for a week. Location is great, the property had everything we needed including a travel cot and high chair. Communication was fantastic beforehand and when we were there.
