Some feedback from our team includes the following: •“The property management company didn't let us know about construction happening within 15 feet of the house. There was heavy equipment being operated prior to 7:00am. The grill lid is missing a pin to make the door open correctly. There were some part of the house that were very dirty--specifically the walls and floor near the trash can.”

We loved our stay and it accommodated us well! All the amenities were good (upstairs dryer wasn’t working but we managed just fine. We were a bit surprised that there were not some basic supplies (at least to start) such as toilet paper, dish soap, dish towels and rags, garbage bags,etc.We appreciated our host: always responsive, and in a timely manner. Great communications always took place! Thanks for a very pleasant home in which to vacation. Loved the location, as well!Jan

BEAUTIFUL House in a quite and welcoming neighborhood. House was SUPER CLEAN! Loved the two refrigerators We would definitely stay there AGAIN‼‼‼

The house was exactly as described and pictured. I loved having a bathroom for every guest room. The house was clean and had all of the basic things we needed. We did have to buy some facecloths since those were not provided, but that was ok. The location was great stores were easy to get to. We had one person with us who needed to take a final exam that was proctored. The conference room was a huge bonus. Not to mention, the tooth-fairy needed to visit my granddaughter and there was a printer that my daughter in love was able to us to print her letter from the tooth-fairy. The views are so calming and made the stay even better. My mother-in-law and aunt really enjoyed that. One family member used the gym on site. When I say, all needs were meet, I do mean all. I do agree with a previous person about the towels, but we adjusted to that easily. We will absolutely be back!!!!!

Big Thank you to our host Elton Oliveira. He has been fantastic communicating with us before, during and after our stay with information, responses to questions within minutes and always very helpful. The house is very big and has plenty of common space while also proving big single rooms and a meeting room, great for big groups with nice big rooms and bathrooms, great beds and a very well stocked kitchen for such huge groups. The outdoor area fits plenty and has tables and seats and chairs and a BBQ, perfect for spending full days outside. The view in the back and front of the house is beautiful, parking is plenty and the daily trash service is super quiet. I would recommend this house to big business or family/friends group!

The space was lovely for a group of people on a business trip

This is a beautiful home and we would absolutely stay there again. We walked in to the table being set and it was just beautiful. As coworkers staying in the property, the conference room was a great draw. There were a couple things I would do different, but I understand the majority of renters are not corporate. It would be nice if the towels were a better quality. We also had to go and purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels. Those are two little things that would be nice for the home to provide.

Great place to stay while attending a trade show at the nearby convention center.

Overall the experience, the property and communication was amazing. The house was brand new and we were the 1st people to rent it. It was very large and we were all very happy to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Everything about the property was VERY nice. We will be looking into doing this again the next time we are all back down in Orlando for sure.
