10/10 Villa Americana - Beach, Boating, Heated Pool and Spa - Yacht Club

We’ve rented quite a few homes in the area and this one checked all the boxes! We loved the setting on the water, the pool and hot tub made for fun, relaxing days, and the location for walks and kayaking were so good! The best part of this property is the people. Such personal, attentive communication but never invasive. We hope to visit again soon!

The owner and property manger were very accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family. We especially loved the outdoor space and pool.

Gorgeous house, very comfortable beds! We loved the pool area and spent most of our time there. Loved being on the water, had gorgeous sunsets on the dock. Very convenient location. The only suggestions would be to have some cookie sheets and updated pans for cooking, and to add some tongs as well. We also were a bit uncomfortable with the lack of curtains on the windows in the kitchen/living room area which allowed full view of everything inside at night. Overall though, loved it and would highly recommend!.

We had a great time at Villa Americana! House was very clean, really enjoyed the pool,hot tub & fire table. Coffee sitting by canal! Good location walking distance to Cape Coral Beach and a great coffee/breakfast spot.

House was large, clean and as advertised! Great pool with hot tub and close to many restaurants, grocery store and sunsets at yacht club (within walking/biking distance).

This was our second stay at this home. During the booking phase the owner, Deb, was great and responded quickly. This trip my husband and I traveled with our two daughters (24 & 17) and our daughter’s boyfriend. The house is exactly as it is described. All the amenities are provided. The location of this home is perfect in the Yacht Club area. We would take the bikes out and go for a ride or get a bite to eat at the near by Boat House Restaurant. It is close to the grocery stores. Plenty of room…my husband is self employed so he takes the front bedroom for his office as it provides a desk. He is a very early riser so watches the sun come up and goes out to see what he can catch off the canal. The rest of us like to sleep in a little and the beds are very comfortable and there is a tv in each bedroom. I enjoy getting up and having a cup of coffee sitting out by the canal or sit with my feet in the pool listening to the news. The pool table is fun as on nights we would stay in we played pool or cards. The heated pool is amazing and very relaxing. We visited Ft. Myers Beach which is about a 25 minute drive. Sanibel is about a half hour drive depending on the time of day and traffic. The neighborhood is quiet. The property manager, Sigrid, is super nice and very responsive if I had any questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home. It is truly a home away from home!!!

Very nice house! We enjoyed our stay, nicest house we have stayed in. The pool table and bikes were an added plus. We had everything we needed and then some. Great location!
