101 Luxurious Home near Universal Studios Pool/Spa

We really enjoyed the stay the team was very responsive through the whole time

Overall our stay was genuinely fantastic for 9 of us it didn't feel like we were in each others way even our mom in a mobile chair was able to freely enter & exit the bathroom no problem • Communication with Katy was easy any small questions or issues we had she helped with promptly she is so sweet and definitely made the stay go smoothly •we only used the spa and it felt wonderful! •all the beds were comfortable the pull out couch in the master was tried once but the kid didn't like it •While the area seems a bit suspect Once you get inside the gate, you don't feel exposed to anything that you would feel unsafe with & in the house, you feel so secluded you forget where you are Honestly in my heart its 5 stars BUT the very few super miniscule quirks drop it to a 4.8 •the front door is...unique not as solid a door as you would hope there's a big window with a metal piece on the outside so when you close the door it shakes & makes noise also the way the window is tinted you can see in but can't see out so we had to cover the window with a blanket there was a small unnecessary chain lock that was broken but we felt secure with the main lock •the few issues I had with the spa was nothing on their end just user error on my part with the app if anything maybe have a bar to assist going in n out the spa •lastly some of the TV remotes were finicky the main downstairs Roku needed charging (micro USB fyi) The downstairs bedroom spectrum I re-coded to tv & changed the Roku batteries

We came to SoCal for a weekend trip. This house was more than big enough for our family of 6. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The street felt safe as it is gated. Some days were a little loud with the nearby airport. Other than that, it was great.

The stay was great. Enough room for my guests. I would recommend premium toilet paper and a full mirror. Besides that…great stay.

Our multi-family Thanksgiving stay at Archwood Manor was thoroughly enjoyable! The house is beautiful with 5 spacious bedrooms, a generous, very well-stocked kitchen, and more than adequate seating space throughout. The backyard fire pit was a favorite spot to gather after our day trips to Rancho Palos Verdes, the Getty, Ojai, and various urban hikes in and around Hollywood. Archwood Manor is well-located for any shopping you might need. Communication with Katy was immediate and efficient. I highly recommend this property for families and larger groups. If available, we plan to reserve this lovely property again on our next trip to the Los Angeles area.
