100 yr old Stone House with a heated pool 9 mi to beaches & 2 mi to downtown

We felt like we were at an Italian villa! Such a fun house to stay in! We enjoyed river walks, watching dolphins, Anna Maria beaches, and local dining. The place was clean and well stocked kitchen when cooking in for the night. We all want to come stay again!

The house and property are absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described. The hosts are welcoming, gracious, and responsive to messages. I would absolutely stay here again!

I am an interior stylist and was extremely impressed by the attention to detail, cleanliness and nod to Tuscan design. Pool is beautiful and super relaxing! Owners are kind and courteous and the location is perfect! We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully remodeled home! Traveling with young kids can be a challenge, but this house made everything so easy and enjoyable. The space was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed — you can tell the remodel was done with care and style.The outdoor pool was definitely the highlight for our family. Our kids spent hours splashing and playing while we relaxed nearby — it felt like our own little private resort. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and safe for little ones, which gave us peace of mind.Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. We were close to everything we needed — shops, restaurants, and fun family-friendly attractions — but the neighborhood still felt quiet and peaceful.We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any family looking for a comfortable, stylish home base with awesome outdoor amenities.
