Great house, location!!!!

This house is as advertised. Clean and roomy. Pool and hot tub were great! There were 7 adults and 2 little kids, so there was a lot of room for us to spread out. The beach was across the street with a short walk. Melissa, our host, was wonderful to communicate with! I can't stress that enough! We had a wonderful time on this property! We would stay here again, for sure. Thank you!

Great home for a large group. Plenty of space, bedrooms, bathrooms (very nice bath towels also) and beds! Additions that clinched this deal for us was the inclusion of a golf cart, plenty of beach chairs, beach mats, beach umbrellas, and BEACH/POOL TOWELS! Excellent heated pool and hot tub, beautiful outdoor space with plenty of outdoor furniture. Trees and plants surround the backyard also. Two front load washing machines and front load dryers. Two water heaters provided plenty of hot water (we had 14 family members). Well-appointed kitchen with adequate dishes, bowls, cups, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, double oven, microwave. Large dining table with lots of chairs. Comfortable living room also. Another great addition is refrigerator/freezer in the garage. Beach access right across the street. We did have a few hiccups, but the host was very responsive and these issues were remedied quickly! We would stay here again if our travel plans took us to SPI again!

We had an extended family vacation and this house was perfect for that. We loved how close it was to the beach to hang out and build sand sculptures and then heading back to the pool and spa to relax. We didn't rent a car and it went fine. Between the golf cart, bikes, walking and free bus service we easily got everywhere that we wanted to go. Would totally stay there again.

The house was beautiful. It had everything we needed in living spaces and kitchen had everything. Loved the pool and backyard privacy.

Our family of 11 really enjoyed Palm Paradise. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved the beautiful pool and patio area! The convenient location was great. Just walked across the street to the beach! Melissa was very attentive to any of our questions! Would definitely recommend Palm Paradise!

We had a great time! Block away from the beach, incredible house, my family made lifetime memories at this house!

This is a great house for multiple families and age groups - lots of places to hang out together and apart. Easy walk to the beach and the water was gorgeous. The extra fridge on the garage was helpful too.Kids loves the pool and the slides.

We recently stayed at this beautiful VRBO home in South Padre, and it exceeded our expectations. While it was on the pricier side, it was absolutely worth it. The location was perfect—just a short block to the beach, which we easily accessed with the golf cart (a great way to get around the island!). The house itself was spotless, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and it was clear the property is very well maintained. The pool was a true oasis for both kids and adults—especially after a day at the beach. Even on those extra hot Texas days when the water warmed up, it was still a fun and relaxing spot to gather. One of the highlights was how easy the property manager made everything. Communication was excellent, and they were always quick to respond, which made the entire stay stress-free. Another thoughtful touch is the main floor bedroom, which is perfect for anyone who can’t manage stairs. This made the home even more family-friendly for our group. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable South Padre getaway!

We absolutely LOVED this home!!! This was the perfect place to spend a short weekend with friends to enjoy sun, drinks, and memories that will last forever. Even though the beach was a minute walk away, we especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the wonderful amenities included!! This home has everything you could possibly need for a beach or pool day, (the number of beach towels were a life saver). We are so excited that we have found a reliable beach home that works for both an adult trip and a family trip.

Amazing home for a great family adventure. First....the layout of the house was great. The main floor was spacious and accommodated us when we had additional family come over for a cookout. The pool, slide, hot tub, outdoor area was amazing. The pool is bigger than you think and, again, when additional family came over from their condos, there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were all spacious! Seriously. Bigger than I was expecting and big enough for each couple that took a room. The bunk house was cool. The slide was a hit.....with ALL ages. Everyone was fascinated with it. The solid surface flooring was great. Be warned....you will be sweeping constantly because even if you DON'T go to the beach, sand is inevitable. But the type of flooring made it very easy to keep swept. The beach equipment and bikes were KILLER! We didn't use any luggage space for beach towels....didn't need to! All the beach equipment was so easy to take to the beach. And the golf cart was honestly, a really cool treat. Several of us took trips to get something quickly at CVS or to get ice cream or to go to the souvenir shops with the golf cart. There were 2 washers and dryers and that was amazing! We had no problem keeping up with that. The owner was VERY responsive. We had 2 small issues that she dealt with immediately both times. It was really nice that she was so proactive. Overall, it was an awesome experience!

For us, this house checked all the boxes. We had age ranges from 1-74. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and the golf cart was convenient for us to haul everything we needed. We also didn’t have to bring any beach supplies with us except umbrellas, so that was really nice. You are within walking distance to a lot of places. Communication from the property manager was excellent!

Our family of 14 fit perfectly! We take a yearly vacation and this was by far the best one. The house had it all for cooking, playing and beach fun! We can’t wait to go back and this time for more days God willing.

Our 2025 South Padre Island vacation was absolutely wonderful! We had a group of 13 and this vacation home fit us all perfectly. The house is clean, spacious, and a great place if you just want to relax! Not to mention the amazing backyard, it’s perfect for the family. The listing is as advertised. The location is great for walking to the beach, nearby stores or restaurants and if you don’t want to walk there are plenty of bikes and a golf cart to get you around! We highly recommend staying at Melissa’s place for your SPI experience!

Palm Paradise was perfect for our family trip to SPI! My sisters and I took our families, parents and grandma for a getaway in March, ages 93-3! Plenty of space for all 18 of us and accessible for our grandma which was very important. Walking distance to the beach, many shops and restaurants. The open layout of the main level was great for hanging out. The slide from the third-floor bunk room to the second floor was voted the best part of inside the house by the kids. Our whole group spent hours and hours in and around the pool - the pool slide was again, a favorite! We arrived at the house just intime to watch a SpaceX launch from the second-floor balcony, we live in North Dakota, so this was a really unique sight for us to see! Very convenient to have all the beach goodies provided and the bicycles - my mom and nieces would ride bike while my sister would run. The kitchen had everything we needed to make many meals and the House Manual came in handy when choosing restaurants. We also rented beach umbrellas and loungers one day from the contact in there - easy peasy! Highly recommend Palm Paradise!

We had a fantastic family getaway with four generations, and this home was a hit with everyone. The kids were thrilled with the bunk room that featured a slide and a foosball table. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, and we were delighted to find a variety of beach toys and chairs available for our use. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing any questions or concerns we may have had during our stay. If we ever return to South Padre Island, we will definitely make a reservation at the Palm Paradise again. Thank you for making our week so enjoyable!

The house was very accommodating for our large group. Such a perfect place for making memories in South Padre!

The house and landscaping was beautiful, beds were comfy, gorgeous kitchen, it has two sets of washer and dryers which was a plus with a big crowd and a pool, which means there’s a lot beach towel, bath towel usage. Parking enough for 4 vehicles in driveway and couple spaces more on street front. If I could change one thing , the master on main floor would had a king size bed. ,

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 adults and 10 kids (2 years old to 13 years old). The kids enjoyed the pool and the slide as well as the room with the bunk beds. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. The host was wonderful to work with and answered any questions promptly.

Palm Paradise is a great vacation home! We had 21 in our group. It is spacious and has everything that you need. It is within walking distance of many conveniences. The host was super responsive. I would highly recommend this home for your trip to South Padre. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with a group of 21 family members from age 3 to 94. The house was perfect for a large group and had every amenity you could need. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach was close. The excursions were close. The host was very responsive. Overall it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

My opinion was that the home was nicely appointed, full kitchen amenities, bright and sunny, great pool and location, and had most all the amenities in working order. The bedding was perfect for our group of ladies, we all liked the floor plan and we all agreed it would be especially awesome for a large multi family gathering with kids. Many of us have stayed in vacation rental homes, and this one was one of our top experiences. Would return again. Second guest. I was very impressed with its all around comfort. Kitchen table large enough for us all. Kitchen was well stocked. Their quick response when you had to call about the front door lock. Pool was great & backyard landscaping was beautiful. Even though no one used it the hammock on the deck above the pool was a nice touch. Great location right at the trolley stop!

Location was perfect! All the ammenities made for a fun filled stay. Perfect place for a large group.

Great Host, Great place, really close to the beach, we love the pool, we were a group of 18 people, the house have everything for all ages, definetly will come back next year. The house was like new and clean. Excellent for big families
