Our family had the best vacation staying at Seaside Sister. The home is impeccable! Above average cleanliness, comfortable setting with modern decor, large rooms, comfortable beds and close to the beach.

The house was perfect. We loved gathering in the kitchen for meals and it was only a short walk to the beach. The management company was very easy to communicate with! We will be back!

Overall property was excellent, condition of home and furnishings were as pictured and in line with expectations at price point. Location is great, we have been staying in Seaside area for 10 years.Beach views from balcony; two beach access points, just a short walk (10 minutes) away and you are on the beach!Public beach access nearest the property has limited space and doesn’t allow for any canopies or tents - not bad, but also not disclosed or clear from listing. The only way to get reasonable beach setup (chairs and umbrella) is through 30A shade, who has the contract for the private beach area at the same access point (think 80% vs 20% public space).The other beach access point near Eastern Lake has more flexibility, but a bit further walk and have to wade through knee high water connecting the lake with the sea. Again, not terrible, depends on expectations for beach experience - do not expect private beach, front row setup unless you plan in advance and pay for it through third party.House did offer a few beach chairs (6), but be careful if they are wet because they will leak out rusty water and stain clothing! House came with a couple of boogy boards, which the big kids enjoyed!House did not come with a single beach towel! This was not a listed amenity, but first beach house rental I’ve encountered without beach towels! A bit inconvenient to have to buy towels for 11!Recommend this property, but be prepared for items above!

We enjoyed our stay at seaside sister. The house had everything that we needed for a relaxing vacation. The proximity to the beach was great for our family. We would definitely return.

Our stay at Seaside Sister was everything we hoped for! The ocean view from the house was beautiful. The home is located in a quiet community, right off 30A and within minutes from Seaside. We were just steps from the community pool, which was never crowded. Inside, the house was clean, comfortable, and had a classic beachy feel. Beach days were easy with the beach only like 20 feet from the home. The home had 4 backpack beach chairs and a WARM water outdoor shower (rare find) to rinse off the sand when we got back each night. Huge thanks to Beach Luxury Vacations for making everything easy and enjoyable. You guys are the best. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely book this home again!

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and the location was great. Loved the neighborhood. The private beaches make the trip to the beach a task. One of the beach accesses that we could use was flooded, so you would have to go through waist deep water to get to the beach. I just don’t get the private chair set up. It really killed the beach vibe. Obviously not the owner/vrbo’s fault but may want to mention that.

What a beautiful home, very clean, beds very comfortable. Loved the lay out and how easy it was to walk to the beach. The pool is across from the home which made it super convenient and easy to access with the kids. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We have already booked for next year. Highly recommend.

My family was very pleased with the home Seaside Sister. The home is really nice and roomy, comfortable furniture and beds. The beach is so close and was easily walkable.

All of the accommodations were top notch. Plenty of room for our 2 families, 2 couples, our sons and their two friends. The parking was good and the 4 spots were plenty. Two full masters with King size beds were great. Kitchen was amazing. The only thing I would add is some directions on how to use the TV. But other than that, it was amazing! Will definitely rent again here.

We had an outstanding stay at this beach house, especially given our situation. After our previous booking with a different host was canceled at the last minute, this property came through for us on incredibly short notice. The home itself was a true gem. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and immaculately clean. We particularly loved the well-equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a joy, and the deck areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The home's proximity to the beach was ideal, and the golf cart access to Seaside, Rosemary, and Alys Beach was a fantastic bonus. Our host was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their flexibility and support were deeply appreciated. We're already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a wonderful beach getaway.

This home was lovely! We vacationed as a family of 8 and it was perfect. Great open space for the living and dining room. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies which made it so easy to cook our meals. If you’re looking for a good house for a family trip definitely give this home a try! Only potential negative was a bit of confusion on the first day with the beach umbrella guys. If you aren’t renting chairs there is a specific section of the beach you have to stay in which is a bit ridiculous. If being directly at the waters edge is important to you then rent chairs for your stay

We had a great stay. The home was very clean, well taken care of, like 5 steps from the beach and the management was wonderful!

House was beautiful and close to the beach! We had a great time during our stay.

This was a beautiful house and was just as advertised. The setup was perfect for 3 couples and the 2 kids loved the bunk room. The main floor was great for family time, eating and games. Quick access to the beach, the pool and bike trails were also a big plus. The management company communication was excellent throughout the trip. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is beautifully furnished and has everything you need!! The beach is across the street and easily accessible. Note: there are no tents/ canopies allowed unless you walk to public beach access. The outdoor shower is a nice added feature especially with small children. Pool is right out your front door and the grandkids enjoyed it so much. We did have an issue with chirping smoke detector but management addressed it . which we greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house!
