Inside, you are welcomed with bright interiors and an open floor plan. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, so you can whip up your favorite home-cooked meal to enjoy around the dining table. Kick back and relax in one of two living areas - the firstfeatures a flat-screen TV for you to unwind with your favorite show, and the second offers additional seating and a dining nook so your group can spread out. Just off the second living area sits a balcony, surrounded by foliage to provide a private and relaxing escape. The outdoor table invites you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, while the grill beckons for an evening BBQ.

Relax and recharge in one of three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second full bathroom is shared between bedroom 2 with a queen bed and bedroom 3 with two twin beds. Both bathrooms boast a spacious walk-in shower with glass doors and contemporary finishes. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra space to accommodate up to 8 guests.

When you’re ready for sand and surf, head just around the block to the beach access path between 55th and 56th Avenue. This prime location puts you within walking distance of one of the widest stretches of beach in Wild Dunes!

- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- There is a queen sleeper sofa.
- Guests must supply their own beach towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- This property does not have access to a pool.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
- Street-legal golf carts (LSVs) are permitted within the neighborhood. Please note that trailers are not allowed inside the resort, so golf carts must be rented locally and cannot be brought from home. For rental options, guests may contact local providers such as Just Beachy Carts for more information.
- The closest golf cart parking to the beach within Wild Dunes is located on Summer Dunes Lane and Island Cottage Lane.

- There are three parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
