Other things to Note:



* Self Check-In: For your convenience, you can check yourself in using a digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Your unique code will grant you access and disarm the alarm system.

* Locked Areas: Certain closets and storage areas are locked for owner use. These are not accessible to guests.

* Garage Access: Garage access is included for guests staying 30 or more days. For shorter stays, garage access can be arranged for an additional fee. Please inquire if interested.

* Door Lock: IMPORTANT: Please only use the keypad deadbolt to lock the door. Do not lock the separate door handle, as keys are not provided. If you are accidentally locked out, please contact us for assistance.

* Starter Kit: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you settled in. This includes: one roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and travel-sized toiletries per bathroom; one sponge, dish soap, a paper towel roll, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and several trash bags. You will need to purchase any additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

* Linens & Towels: We provide fresh towels, washcloths, linens, and beach towels for your stay.

* Clothing Steamer: A steamer is available for you to remove any wrinkles from your clothing.

* Dryer Tip: The electric, non-vented dryer works best with lighter loads for more efficient drying time.

* Tourist Tax: Please note: We are required by the county to collect a 5% Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Tax. This tax is authorized by Florida Statute 125.0104 and will be included in your booking total.
