We vacation in St. Augustine frequently and this was one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need! The yards were well kept and the pool was a great addition! Loved the master bedroom! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025The location was nice near, restaurants and downtown St Augustine. We all enjoyed the pool area. We were disappointed there was not a hot tub as advertised. The response of ITrip’s house manager was excellent. When ever we contacted them they responded immediately. All the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and accomadating.

Stayed Feb 1, 2023Very nice house with a 15 minute walk to excellent beach. Great restaurants with a Publix and Walgreens/CVS nearby. Neighborhood is a bit dated. The microwave needs to be replaced as the handle was broken off. The pool controls were confusing so we did not use it. Overall, a good place to rent for St Augustine experience.

Stayed Nov 14, 2022we enjoyed our stay but were very disappointed that the pool was not heated The weather in St Augustine is cooler in Nov, Dec and we couldn't use the pool once That was most important to me, that is what i specifically looked for especially staying at a place for 30 days we would have used the pool every day I paid a lot of money and feel that should be a priority and then to be told rates apply for the hot tub? I feel that should be included as well it is in most places people should be told that the pool is not heated i would have never come! couple other things, light bulbs were out we had to supply our own toilet paper and paper towels? I've stayed in a lot of places and never had to do that St Augustine was beautiful but these few things would have nade it perfect!

Stayed Sep 23, 2022We were in town for business & didn’t want to stay in a hotel so we found this listing. This house as actually better than advertised. The neighborhood is quiet, very close to the beach, a Starbucks & Publix. We really loved the layout of the house; the master bed/bath is on the other side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms with plenty of common space to enjoy. There aren’t any televisions in the 2 smaller bedrooms but we didn’t mind. The pool is great & we enjoyed many swims after work & nice dinners in the outdoor dining area. It was a bit cool some nights & opening the double French doors to the pool was really nice. We cooked every night & kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. We would DEFINITELY stay again.

Stayed Mar 5, 2022We had an amazing stay at this property and the house was exactly as pictured. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the beach through a charming neighborhood with tree covered streets. You can easily walk to a couple of restaurants and it is a close drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. The layout of the house is a perfect with the large master suite and other bedrooms at opposite sides of the house. We spent most of our time out back on the screened pool deck and ate dinner outside most evenings. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. Let us know if you ever want to sell!

Stayed Jan 5, 2022The house we rented on Atlantic Oaks is in the middle of Saint Augustine Beach. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short drive toPublix and Winn Dixie. The house is very nice with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and well maintained pool. We enjoyed our visit and were appreciative of the free activities from xplorie . Highly recommend!
