Stayed Jun 25, 2025The house is in a great location, convenient to everything. I would give a higher rating if not for the A/C situation. There are only 2 window units - 1 in each bedroom. The main living area gets very warm. Standing oscillating fans are not ideal esp for the price paid. Also, the front and esp back yard were overgrown with foot tall weeds. The host was very responsive and sent someone out to take care of the lawn but it was on our last evening there. The location of the property is excellent and inside the house, it's very clean, spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. New appliances were an added bonus.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024What a Fantastic Gem! Great Location and easy parking! Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated inside. Air conditioning is very efficient and NOT noisy window units! The kitchen is well equipped and has updated appliances (the real stove/ oven is huge plus as well as washer/ dryer.) The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful with great water pressure. The backyard is cute and private with a nice table with an umbrella. The check in and out process was easy and accurate. The property owner was very responsive to questions before and during our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was so glad we found this great place!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024We checked in a day late due to travel issues, but communication with the host was smooth. The house is super convenient to everywhere, and we enjoyed how it was up-to-date with a lot of nice touches for convenience. Having a full kitchen AND a washer/dryer were definitely a plus. It was crazy hot out, but the mini-splits made it comfortable in the house the whole day. We had a great stay.
