Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice and peaceful weekend. The area is quiet and the house had a comfortable feel to it. There were several nicely added things like games, books, and some toys. The owners were great with communication. We look forward to our next visit.

Stayed May 16, 2024We stayed with our family and extended family as we were in town visiting for a family reunion. The house accommodated or group so well! The house was very clean and had a fun selection of games. Great kitchen and living room area to hang out in! Thanks for the great stay!

Stayed Sep 14, 2023Large living / kitchen area to hang out with family / friends. Outside deck to enjoy our morning coffee and visit before starting the full days. My son got married while we were there but played too with float on the River at Gruene and enjoy the New Braunfels Night Life.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023My family and i very much enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect, very spacious,comfortable, and beautiful scenery. The water was great to swim in. The kids spent 75% of their time in it! If you take all you need, theres no reason to leave the house! If not, local small stores are avaivable close by. Would def book again! Great for big families or even for adults only.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very beautiful home! Very comfortable home. Haven't slept that well in a long time. A group of us were there for Formula 1. 10 in all. Plenty of room for all of us!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I celebrated my bday with close family and friends we fit perfectly in the home and we were all very comfortable! The house is beautiful and the water was great ! Very grateful for all the towels provided we needed them! We loved the setup and hanging out outside was nice..The stairs outside were alot for some of us be prepared. But over all I think the only real issue we didnt like was the outside could've been cleaned a little better. We understand its outside but with all the green and insects sweeping and knocking webs off was really needed. Thank you'll for letting us stay we had a greta weekend!!

Stayed Jul 29, 2022Loved the location on the Lake of this Spacious Open Home! Living and sleeping arrangements were outstanding! Kitchen was huge and well stocked. Loved the outside deck and Ping Pong table. Spent many hours lounging on the dock and in the Lake.. This Home was Perfect for our Family Vacation!!!
