10 Mi to DIA: Spacious Aurora House w/ Yard!

The property is beautiful. The mountains in the background in the morning were amazing. We enjoyed our stay. We only had 2 issues really....the couches were broken. The recliners get stuck. Also the backyard plants are ragweed, and several us are sick due to allergies. Everything else was amazing!!!!

Easy check-in. Kitchen , overall, very nice. We were a party of seven and only dishes for four. There were soft drinks, water and condiments in the refrigerator., which was appreciated on our arrival.

The home was just as pictured. Close to airport and things we did around Denver. The only thing I would recommend is for more TV’s!

The house was brand new looking. Great host. Easy to communicate with. All we needed was only a few minutes drive.Great neighborhood, close to the airport and would visit again!

This house is in a nice neighborhood and very new. Only complaints we have is not very many cooking pans (had to go buy a pot to bowl noodles in) or any Tupperware to store leftovers (also had to go buy). It would also be nice if the 3rd bedroom had an actual bed in it verses a sleeper sofa. Those are very uncomfortable. We ended up taking the mattress off the sofa and sleeping on the floor. Other than those small details, this house was great for our stay and we would stay again.

Could use some pots in the kitchen, but otherwise a great stay

Location and communication with the host was excellent. It’s clearly a new listing so the kitchen is not yet fully equipped and outside seating would have been appreciated. Otherwise, a lovely stay

the house is new and clean and obviously purchased with the sole intent to rent out which is totally fine BUT, when you do this, you have to make sure the pillows & bedding are nice and comfy so your guests can actually get a get nights rest. Unfortunately, the pillows were huge & uncomfortable and it was difficult to find the bedding for other bedrooms. The beds were also hard & lacked the comfort you'd want when trying to get a good night of sleep. The location of the property is great - we had an event at the Gaylord and this house was just minutes away. It was nice to be able to head to the house and get away from the convention - but after long exhausting day's talking to lots of people, everyone just wanted a good night of sleep. It would be very easy for the owners to invest in some more pillows (that weren't all huge) / & some more blankets to improve your guests experience. One other issue was the heat - we could not access the thermostat to be able to adjust it. The home was cold and the control panel for the heat didn't seem to work. This home has a lot of potential and we hope the owners hear this feedback and make the necessary improvements.

We absolutely loved the house, the setup and the location! But it did not have any essentials like paper towels, extra toilet paper, can opener, etc. I even had to purchase a large enough skillet to cook in along with a measuring cup. I’m sure over time it will accumulate these items since it’s a new house but it was a little disappointing. Despite those things I would def stay again!

1. House was clean 2. Towels and bedding so new, I don't think they (towels) had even been washed yet. 3. Very limited cooking instruments. Very small sauce pan and 2 small fry pans. No large bowls or anything to bake on. So don't buy food to cook until you check it out and see what they have. 4. The alarm... this is what made our stay nearly unbearable. We had no information on the alarm system, or any hint of an expectation to use it. However the alarm went off nearly every time we opened a door. By the end of the 3 days the owner stopped even answering our calls to shut it off and just silenced it remotely. When it went off the first time I assumed we did something wrong so I was extremely apologetic and tried to make sure we didn't do anything to set it off... but every day it went off multiple times and by the end my friends wants a refund. It is a small gap between homes and I can not imagine the neighbors loved the sirens either. It runs for roughly 3 min each time before they silence it remotely. Someone came to look at it and said it was resolved but it never was. 5. Installation people arrived to put in a washer and dryer, we didn't know anything about it so we didn't let them in as the owner stopped answering our calls. Felt very unprofessional to schedule during a rental. I hate leaving negative reviews.. hate it!! I would have rather worked this out with the owner, but that wasn't happening. This is a beautiful, comfortable place that has so much potential. I know that they will work out the bugs but our stay was rough!
