Stayed Aug 31, 2024The property was as advertised, clean and well situated within walking distance to the beach, although we rented a golf cart due to having small children (and gear) for that beach transport, but that just added to the “fun” so it all worked out.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022Staying at 1 sea and sea was awesome. The location was beautiful and the house was equipped with much more than we anticipated. My only complaint is that my cell reception was spotty inside of the house and the wifi ran quite slow. Other than that, it was an exceptional experience and we hope to stay again next year!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious, lot of room. double pane windows, no surf or highway road noise. However, master bdr had no shower. Couches you sink down too far. Plastic chairs on deck horrible, friends had to bring their own deck chair. Other than that, good.
