Stayed Jun 10, 2023Just over 20 family & friends stayed in one place, just two blocks from boardwalk. House needed some attention and fixes, and our host was responsive to our needs. I suggest bringing your own beach cart that can handle sand. Bring your own pillows. And know that you are sharing the house with another unit! My young kids liked to run down the halls, and the pounding was not a sound the neighbors below us enjoyed. Some other great stuff: extra fridge in basement; 10 beach tags came with house; beach toys provided; elevator was awesome for groceries! The alley between houses was great for scooter practice for 2-year-olds. Happy the garage was clean and that there was an outdoor shower to clean off sand. Was a week's vacation worth taking. P.S. Shared grill between houses, so prepare to coordinate with other guests!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was absolutely perfect. It was just right and it accommodated my family size. The house looked just like the pics listed. Not far from board work and other activities. I cannot wait to go back to visit I'm hoping I can stay in this house again or something extremely similar. Oh and Wendy the owner/ contact person was very nice and helpful. She was always reachable and responds quickly if you need anything. I definitely rate my overall stay here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wendy was just wonderful to deal with! Very accommodating! The house was very clean and I loved the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room. The third floor loft was great for all my grandchildren to have their own space and it kept the noise level down!! The front porch was very relaxing. Everything that we needed for the kitchen was provided. All we had to do is buy food. Same thing with the beach supplies. All the beach chairs and tags and play toys were all in the garage for our use.I would recommend this rental place for any large family. It worked out very well for us.

Stayed Sep 7, 2019Our extended family, including two toddlers, had an amazing vacation in this well-appointed, clean, and beautiful home. It seems like every detail has been considered including kitchen tools that make at-home cooking a breeze. The lay-out is fabulous - we had our kids and grandkids stay on one floor while we created our own haven on the top floor. There are multiple decks that make outside space comfortable in every part of the day and evening. The location is just super - a few blocks from the beach and the best part of the boardwalk close by. We have our fingers crossed for a return visit. Thank you, Wendy. You're a great host and have a marvelous home.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a wonderful home in a perfect and convenient location and a terrific host in owner Wendy Reilly. Immaculate and well tended. We spent 8 days with family and friends--4 generations--not all at the same time, but coming and going. The elevator was a godsend for my 93 year old dad and for toting luggage, linens, and groceries up easily. The millennials and grandkids used the stairs. The set up of rooms was perfect with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on our floor and the huge upper floor with a full bath, 3 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, plus a twin bedroom and a large lounge area with a big TV and additional sofa. We handed that space over to the 20-somethings among us who loved lounging up there, playing games on the TV, and sitting on the decks. The living area on our floor was spacious enough to accommodate all of us when we wanted to dine together or when we watched the Indy 500 race on the super-size TV in the living room. We loved the covered porch deck with wicker furniture leading out from the living room and enjoyed it even when evening rains came. We also enjoyed the back deck off the 2 master suites (king beds!). The kitchen is well equipped and the frig is very large, which we appreciated. The location is prime for walking anywhere you want/need to go. We walked to the boards and beach, of course, but also restaurants nearby, ice cream joints, and shopping on Asbury Street. We used the car only to do the big grocery shop and to take a drive along the short down to Stone Harbor. We parked 1 car in the garage and another in the parking pad in front of garage. Street parking is at a premium and for extra cars, and one needs to be careful to avoid the few metered spaces out front so you don't get a ticket. All the beach equipment you can possibly want is provided in the garage--umbrellas, cooler, chairs, beach toys, and a cart to tote it all. The laundry is also full size and we took advantage to pack light and do some wash while there. Lastly, Wendy is wonderful and so helpful. We needed a new fire alarm on the upper level--and pronto--there she was with one. We also got confused about how all the TVs worked (one in each room and not all worked quite the same way with the remotes). Any questions, we just texted and got a speedy response. If you have a large group, this is an ideal home. We figured one could easily accommodate 3 families--ours was a different mix of friends and family and everyone had plenty of space.

Stayed Sep 29, 2018You simply cannot find a better place for multiple families. We had 8 adults and 4 kids under 5. Every family had their own bathroom. Two huge areas for family fun but lots of decks and rooms for solitude as well. The elevator was a lifesaver for our grandson in a wheelchair and for my wife with a back injury. We were the last renters of the season but the entire home was spotless. Wendy welcomed us like family. She was gracious,attentive and available but otherwise invisible. Our 3 children and their spouses thanked us repeatedly throughout the week for giving them such an amazing vacation experience.

Stayed Aug 4, 2018Our family had so much fun. This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we will be back for sure! So many memories were made and we will cherish them for years to come. We were so close to the beach and boardwalk, it made life easy. There is an elevator which made unpacking and packing up a breeze. Everything you need for cooking a fabulous meal is provided so you save money by not eating out all the time. Beach gear is provided so you do not need to pack your car with that stuff! The only down side is no beach tags but for a week you can purchase one for $25. Again we had an amazing time and will be back for sure! Thanks Wendy for being a tremendous host.
