The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and waking up to the sound of the waves was something special.The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Deb was a fantastic host — very responsive, welcoming, and made everything smooth from start to finish.This stay was for my mum’s birthday getaway, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. We all had a relaxing and memorable time, and everything worked out perfectly.Highly recommend, and we would definitely love to come back again!

Stayed Jun 2, 2025The apartment is incredibly clean, neat and comfortable with a wonderful King sized bed and a well set up kitchen and bathroom. On-site parking is a plus and you are located a 3 minute walk from Umina Beach. Local shops, cafes, bars are also an easy walk away and you can walk to Ettalong beach as well. Deb is a wonderful host and was incredibly welcoming with helpful tips and recommendations for the local area. I will definately be back.

Stayed Jan 29, 2025We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it… only a few steps to the beach and a ten minute walk to the shops. We especially enjoyed the private, shaded patio. There was plenty of space for 2 of us and the host was very accommodating.

The beach is just meters away, and all the shops etc also very close by. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. She made sure my stay will be a memorable and happy experience.
