Stayed Apr 19, 2026Not the nicest experience. Outside patio needed to be swept and cleaned before we could use it. We had to wait for the pool guy to come and clean the pool when we got there and then he shows up to clean it before check out time on our last day. Inside the house was ok. Needs some maintenance done.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025The property was impeccably clean inside, had everything a family would need. The location was perfect, literally a mile from downtown. Great host communication, pictures inline look exactly like the home, plenty of space for a family. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 1, 2023Nicely renovated Spanish style home! This home has a huge swimming pool, we absolutely loved it. The master bedroom has such a comfortable king size bed, slept great. The pool table, ping pong table and games in the cabinet were nice extras. Love all the charm of the house.

Stayed Jul 21, 2022The house has an amazing aesthetic and gives you that perfect villa feel yet still comfortable and homey. The house has a pool that's bigger than any other house we've rented in Havasu and the house has more amenities than we could even use! looking forward to staying here again.
