1 mile to beach! Bright, Private Designer Beach Cottage Close To Warren Dunes

Everything was wonderful! It was decorated so perfectly and we had a wonderful time. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy.

We really enjoyed the space. We loved the decor and skylights in the living room. Kitchen is fully stocked and we loved the record player. Cons: Beds were a bit too firm for our liking and I found it odd that we had to have linens in the dryer before check out. It made the morning of check out a bit stressful because we had to be awake early enough to strip the linens, put them to wash AND then dry. Also, do not recommend if you have dander allergies as there is a lot of animal hair.

House was clean and stocked.

Great communication once we arrived and had questions. Super location with lots of great day trips to take from here, and it was surprisingly very quiet. We thought we'd hear traffic, but not the case at all. Nice big yard for the dog, plenty of parking and great vibes in the decor. :)

Lovely, light filled and decorated in mid century modern style that was pleasing and comfortable for both the 4 young children and 4 adults getting together for a beach vacation. Nice well equipped kitchen and 2 upscale bathroom. All was very clean and orderly on arrival. Proximity to Warren Dunes beach was a big plus. Would love to stay here again.

Great property and checked all of our boxes. Stayed two weeks and explored all of SW Michigan. Right next to the lake and close to all the towns that you will want to check out in the area. Highly recommend Adam and Carla’s house!!!

This house was a great place to stay! We loved the location near downtown Sawyer and used our bikes to explore the bike route. The house was in good shape and clean! The owners were very quick to respond to questions and organized about check in and out procedures as well as expectations. The location is also great to be able to go to St. Joseph and New Buffalo.

It was a lot of fun to get away. Had lots of snow falling which was absolutely beautiful and we even got to the lake and walked around the sand, which was of course covered with snow, and see the frozen waves in the distance. The house was warm and inviting and had everything we needed.

House is a great getaway, we had a great time and enjoyed the amenities. Great communication with the host. The house is decorated well, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are thoughtfully designed and pleasant. Everything you need is there. The location is great, and so close to the dunes which are beautiful. I only have a couple of negatives to share:The front door is difficult to close/lockThe property would benefit from some stepping stones or a path from parking to the house. We had a lot of rain while there, and it was a muddy and wet mess walking to and from the cars.The ping pong table is in the garage, which is not an issue, but the garage has a lot of odds and ends scattered about, making it difficult to actually play ping pong.The cleanliness of the house when we arrived was ok, but there are a few areas that need attention such as the floors in the kitchen, as well as mold around the kitchen sink. I love that you can bring your dogs, and we did. I also paid a cleaning fee but I had to wash all the blankets on the beds before checkout per the instructions in the welcome booklet. I had to wake up extra early to ensure we could complete all the washing before 11AM checkout. The Washer and Dryer are not the fastest, so it took a while. We were still washing items up until checkout time, making my last morning at the home a chore instead of enjoy the last moments with my family.

We were very pleased with this home. Perfect place for visiting nearby town, wineries and breweries. The beds are extremely comfortable and we were very happy to stay here.

Carla is decorator or had a professional interior do the work. Everything in the cottage was top notch bed,pillows and decor. My dog Parker loved the back yard!
