1 Mi to Weeki Wachee: Home w/ Pool in Spring Hill

Close to everything! Spacious and host was amazing!

There are only 2 bathrooms instead of three. The other half bath is in the pool area. There are also lack of bathroom tissues, kitchen paper towels, and dirty coffee maker, etc.It is OK to stay in the house for a few days, but as the owner stated: this is not like a hotel or resort.

Veey spacious house, had everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

I was given a contact name and email. I reported a few concerns I had and so ive been gone a full week now, I have still yet to hear from anyone. I will only share the items I had issues just in case they actually reach out to me. Coffe pot unusable, 2nd living room tv did not work, dishes were very dirty, in 3 bathrooms a total of maybe 1 roll of tp, tp holder hanging Other than that, we loved the size of the pool, the location was out of the busyness yet close enough to get to where we wanted and needed. My one major issue, I suffer from migraines, I can typically handle the heat, but at night time for sleeping or when I have a migraine coming on. They controlled the thermostat. I have never stayed somewhere where they did that.This was my 10th or 11th home rental. The sign says its state law to keep no lower than 72, but they locked it at 74. You do your own research if its a law. That was so hard when I ended up with a migraine and needed it cooler. All in all, it was what I needed it to be. A place to come visit my son and enjoy florida for a week.

Everything was great,the sunken living room was little concerning for us.pool was very clean but too cold to get in.

You have to read the instruction manual to make sure the doors are locked correctly. There was a destructive party there before us (other renters), so some damage. The owners were aware and tried to fix ad quick as possible before we arrived. Beds were clean, not the most comfortable but good enough. Loved the spa tub. Everything was clean. The pool was somewhat cold, solar heated and the weather was cooler while we were there so we figured we may not be able to use it anyways. When we did swim it was nice and clean, there was even floaties for us to use. They dont list it but theres a grill to use too, we didnt end using it but its there. Everything you need is in the kitchen. My only complaint would be we didn't see the wild turtle that lives on or near the property!

Clean, sparsely furnished but nice, some pieces a little worn, close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

The house was big and spacious, owner provided a lot of little things that were needed and important. Met the owner as well, very nice man, understanding and open minded. His team and himself made the stay very pleasant, did not want to leave

Enjoyed our stay at the Spring Hill home. Home was very clean and spacious. It was too cold to swim but it looked very clean and inviting. This was our 3rd stay in the home for our January vacations and will come back.

We needed a place to stay at while visiting family in Springhill for Christmas. The owners were more than accomidating. The even sent a message before check-in to tell us we could check-in as early as we wanted to, the day of. Which was much appreciated! The neighborhood was nice and had plenty of shopping options within driving distance. We even saw the turtle! stursawturtle!

Loved this place! Great location, easy check in/check out would recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

After attending SunWest Park with our kids.....this home was a very nice recharge.Very relaxing and the pool and open floor plan were excellent!!!!
