Stayed Dec 5, 2025Accommodations were fine and had everything we needed. Beds were okay. We had a little trouble unlocking front door, but problem was solved. Outdoor area was nice.

Stayed Nov 6, 2025The house is in a nice location. You do not deal directly with the owner. There is a management company. Prior to the trip it was difficult to communicate. Once we were there they were responsive for most things. The house itself is nice however needs some repair: towel hooks are falling or fell off the wall, pool cleaner broken. Furniture appears to be cheap with a barstool damaged, cheap metal side tables. The inside of the shower stalls were painted and are now peeling off. Front door lock needs work. The air conditioning intake filter needs replaced, kitchen table did not accommodate the number of people in the house. We had Six people in our group and no one thought the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice. The outdoor space is nice. Unfortunately the cleaning staff did not do their job especially in the showers. That should have been looked at prior to check in. Overall we had a nice time. The house is nice just needs some attention.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025The location of this property worked well for our family. The size of the property was nice as well. The nearby playground was great for kids. At a quick glance, things looked nice, but when we arrived to the property, it had not been cleaned properly. We were promised a 50 refund for the issues we encountered during our stay but have not received that as promised. The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned properly, notably the toilets. The toilets had poop stains and mold in them. The worst being the upstairs hall bathroom. The mirror was disgusting (toothpaste and such all over), the sink was gross. The master bathroom also needed some additional cleaning as well. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. While we were happy that this property came with towels, the towels in the cupboard were still wet from being (hopefully) washed. We did have to re-wash and dry towels before use. Some of the beds were missing sheets, we had to go hunting to make beds up. There also was hair everywhere. It appeared to be a combination of human and pet hair. On things like the bedding, sinks, floors, etc. just overall kind of gross. Additional items to note, this property could be great but there are a lot of things falling apart or broken. There are light bulbs out. The towel racks/bars are all coming out of the dry wall. A lot of dust, just seems poorly maintained. Garbage was full when we arrived.Convenient location and pool were nice to enjoy though.

Stayed Apr 25, 2024Had a great stay with my doubles partner and one other team for a tennis tournament! Comfy beds, quiet rooms, and great living space. Very near the Surprise Sports Complex so very convenient!
