1 Mi to Shore! Galveston Stay w/ Pet-Friendly Yard

This was our second stay here. Once again we were not disappointed. Tanya is wonderful to work with, VERY accommodating. We booked in October for January and unfortunately Mother Nature chased us out of Galveston. We love that our dogs get to come along with us. They LOVE walking on the beach smelling all the ocean scents.Tanya leaves toys for them and upon our arrival there was a bottle of bubbles in the refrigerator for our anniversary.We will be back for stay 3 in spring/summer.My daughter also rented here in September and enjoyed her stay. She has a huge dog so she was thankful she was able to bring him along with them. Sometimes it’s difficult for her to find accommodations because of his size and breed. This is a GREAT little house,clean, comfy,great location.

Totally enjoyable. The host anticipated everything we could possibly need for our stay. Cute house, with attention paid to original character.

Loved this home, appreciated the ability to park our vehicle inside the gate for added security, the yard is clean and pet friendly it was a great size for my cattle dog to run around, the home had very intentional placement for doggie bags, receptacles, coffee bar, dishes and cutlery, and extra toiletries which was so nice and accommodating!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Galveston. with my mom and my husky. So many small details and amenities that most hosts do not think of. My husky really loved having a fully fenced yard and would sit in the front in the evenings to people watch. I honestly wish I had planned my trip to stay a couple of extra days.

This place is located in a nice neighborhood and easily to find. Located close to shopping and beach not to far away. Fenced in yard was a plus for our dog. We enjoyed sitting on both porches. House and yard was very clean and mowed.

Sparkling clean, great beds, quaint cottage, pet friendly and lovely back yard

Just like the pictures. They have EVERYTHING you need, even a toy for each of our dogs. The yard is wonderful for the dogs or children.The fence in the front is short so if you have bigger dogs they could easily jump it. We never leave our dogs unattended while staying at VRBOS.If you forgot any toiletries chances are she has travel size there. Plenty of coffees,creamers, and other goodies for your hot beverages. Both bedrooms had small table top fans if you need a fan for sleeping. Over the last 10 years we’ve stayed at a few properties in Galveston and this has been one of the nicer ones. Highly recommend it! .

I’ve been coming to Galveston every year for the last 8 years and have stayed at many houses along the way. This house had absolutely everything we needed and then some! The pictures definitely didn’t do it justice. From start to finish, our host Tanya was beyond helpful and accommodating. She allowed us to check in early, giving us an extra day we wouldn’t have otherwise had. They had so many little touches throughout the house that really made it feel like home. A toy was left for my daughter upon arrival, as well as a bottle of wine chilled in the fridge. There were endless coffees and mixers there for the picking as well as a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. It was a short 5-7 minute drive to the Seawall and had an enclosed yard and driveway that made me feel safe with my daughter there. The neighbors and street were incredibly quiet and we never had any problems getting ahold of our host of need be. She even offered to come change out sheets and coffee halfway through the week which is unheard of. We hope to be back soon and would love to make this our new go-to rental!

Adorable house in a quiet neighborhood. Small but nice backyard. Short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute house great decor. House has everything we needed and all the extra special touches. Communication was awesome and we really appreciated the extra for the fur babies! Great place. We will definitely stay rhere again.
