Stayed Apr 7, 2026Location was fantastic and it is spacious inside for three adults. Some cleanliness issues…cobwebs and dust on fans. I had to pull the nightstands out to access plugs and it was very dirty. Master bath shower curtain liner was not clean—usual buildup of soap scum. There were ant traps and some ants but not sure anyone can fix that! Otherwise had a nice stay. The location was great and it was very quiet. Master bed has a nice thick pad on it. The notes received from property management needs to include updated door keypad entry directions.

Stayed Mar 30, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this residence. The location was excellent and the space was so cozy. You feel so at home. My only suggestion would be to simplify the tv situation. It was difficult to figure out how to get live tv or the streaming devices (whether using our own passwords or the owners)Thank you

Stayed Mar 4, 2026Great location. Parking is tight! Carport available for a vehicle the size of a mini cooper. Secondary parking available next to carport for another smallish vehicle but requires you to backup approximately 30 yards if you don’t want to use a 4-point turn to get out. 3bd/2ba with a comfortable living and dining room. Lots of dishes and utensils to use during stay but no dish soap. The property wasn’t cleaning prior to our arrival. Large spiderwebs throughout the property. The ceiling fans were dirty, the heat lamp in the master bedroom was caked with dirt and lint. Crumbs on almost every floor. Ants and silverfish in the bathrooms, mold and hair in the showers, as well as crumbs and hair in the beds. Extra linen and towels were available. With the money paid, and the “clean-up” rules; I think I’ll be staying in a hotel next trip to Sante Fe.

Stayed Feb 17, 2026This was my first trip to Santa Fe and I think we picked a great house for the experience. We opted to be car-less so it was important to pick a place close to the Rail Runner and the main attractions. The house itself was cozy in a very quiet cul de sac. We wished it had been warm enough to enjoy the beautiful enclosed patio and yard. Our party of 5 enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sharing meals at the large table together.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025First of all, I was concerned about finding the property as I had read that it was located down a gravel road and we were arriving at night. I reached out to Karl who was super helpful and provided additional information as to how to find the house. I believe he even drove the route so he could send me a picture of where to turn. Additionally, the house was located very close to the plaza and had we known our way around, we could have even walked to the Railyard Artisan’s Market. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025The home was as advertised. Very spacious and it has a split floor plan with the master and other 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. The yard is not conducive for children to play in but we were busy with lots of other things and enjoyed the Playground at The Rail Yard though in late afternoon and early morning there is a transient element. The owner is very responsive when I asked about moving the dates by one day of our stay. I can’t say the same for Evolve.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Nice place and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Patio was a little rough with dirty cushions that didn't fit the chairs, but we enjoyed our time outside. Carport is very cozy - tried to park in it once and had to contend with overgrown bushes and tree limbs from the neighbor. There is also an open space that worked (we only had 1 car).

Stayed Apr 24, 2025We enjoyed staying here for our girls getaway weekend. Location in a quiet neighborhood is nice and an easy walk into downtown Santa Fe. Eclectic decor/art was interesting. Only real hiccup was when we arrived the cleaners had left sheets hung up to dry around the place and hadn't stocked the bathrooms with towels (although there were plenty in the cabinets). I reached out to Karl and the cleaners returned to take care of it.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024Expect a relatively comfortable, just-fine place in a convenient location, well decorated with folk art from around the world. The primary bedroom/bath is lovely; the other bedrooms and secondary bath are much more basic, but fine enough. We found the kitchen serviceable, but poorly equipped for daily cooking without stocking it ourselves. Pantry basics were lacking (no cooking oil, salt, or pepper) or unusable due to sugar ant infestation, and we had to clean dirty pans left in the oven by prior guests before being able to use the oven ourselves. Most of the dishes, utensils, pots/pans you need are otherwise there. Confirm with the host that basic amenities are actually available before you book - The WiFi was not working for the majority of our stay, so no streaming services and no cable or over-the-air television service were available. Though the host offered us a modest refund for that trouble, they also asked us to take on the work of troubleshooting the issue with their internet provider on their behalf, which seemed odd and set a poor tone for our stay. If you’re just staying for a couple of nights, you’ll likely find this a nice place to accommodate a family or larger group. If you’re looking for a longer stay, maybe look elsewhere in or around Santa Fe, or check for mid-tier hotel options that might be more comfortable.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024Tucked back into an alley entrance is parking. The lock box for the key on the door jam, but was not detailed where to look in the check in materials. It just said to the left of the door. We looked for a long time before asking a neighbor to come help us. The pillows were flat and gave me a crick in my neck that I still have. The master bath drained very slowly, like it was stopped up. Overall this place would be nice with some repairs and updated furniture.
