We showed up to the place and when we opened the front gate we were greeted by Dead plants, Weeds, Broken concrete and Mold. We have pictures we can show you. Inside both toilets were unusable, One wouldn't flush and the other overflowed. We called him he was aware of the problem, came spent two hours fixing it. A that time, I told him, that there was a problem with the kitchen faucet. , I showed it to him, and told him that handle could break at any second. He told me to be careful and did nothing about it. Only our second to last day, the handle broke off, rending the sink unusable. We have pictures to show you. it looks like it was previously repaired with glue. I also asked him if we to supply toilet paper, tissues, paper towels and washing machine detergent and two pillows. the pillows that were there were disgusting. We bought food to cook and had to throw it out because of the sink. We have additional monies, with you but lost total confidence in your company and don't feel comfortable renting with you again. We would greatly appreciate a refund of our monies and some type of reimbursement for our uncomfortable stay.

The location was good, quiet area, easy access to highway, shops, restaurants and beaches. The owner stopped by just after check-in to give me some key info for the property. That is where the positives end. The washing machine was not working, I was not told this until after check-In. When you rent a place for a week with two kids, that’s kind of important. There were sugar ants in the kitchen and bathroom. I let him know the first time and he sent pest control out. They got worse, on the kitchen counters, floor, bathroom counters, it was disgusting. When I let him know the second time, he didn’t respond. There was a hole in the downstairs bathroom wall and the outlets in there did not work. There were stains on the sofas and carpet upstairs. The property is dated (not a huge deal) but it seems as if the property owner inherited the property and made no changes or updates to the bedding and left whatever pots, pans, utensils that may have been left. There was no organization to the kitchen, stuff put in random places and some stuff left from previous occupants. If you choose to stay here (I don’t recommend) make sure you bring whatever you may need, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc. the courtyard is a cute area but extremely overgrown. I would not stay here again!!

We absolutely loved our 4 weeks stay at this townhouse. Before I go on, this property is immaculate! The photos are a true representation of the townhouse; spacious & good layout. The personal touches make for a comfortable living experience, the kitchen is function-able and accessorized, and there are plenty of linens & clothes hangers. Highly recommend, and again, spotless.

Townhome is a little dated but it was clean, well stocked and worked well for our purposes.

Good location and an easy walk to PGA National, just a half dozen houses off #9 of the Fazzio course. While the home had likely not been updated in a few decades and felt well worn, it was functional and well apportioned. View is not as good as the picture looks, the porch is in functionally small (and dirty). No cable TV, just a smart TV. Good WiFi. The garage door and garage condition were such that I didn’t park there. The BBQ was not functional. This home was priced right and am glad I didn’t stay at the resort. which is also old, worn and much more expensive.

We were thrilled to be able to book here, and enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay again. But, the real life version of this rental does not match the photos. The walled entry lanai is overgrown and cracked. There were 3 bins recycling from previous tenants on the lanai. The back patio is filthy. Literally piles of dirt. There was a broom and dustpan sitting outside; I guess os anyone who wanted to actually use it could clean it first. The downstairs bathroom and bedroom had teeny tiny ants, sugar ants I think. Not realizing that the upstairs is actually like a large bedroom (this is only called a 1 bedroom cause upstairs is not walled in), we slept in double downstairs bed. The sheet was so pilled, I felt like I had sand in the bed. The downstairs bathroom had no bathmat for stepping out of the shower ---a major concern at our age. I was able to find placemats to use. The dresser ad nightstand drawers are not on a rail. The upstairs bathroom vanity drawer is totally gone except for the frontpiece which fell off in my hand. All cabinets are aging builder grade pressboard. The washing machine does. not complete a cycle without intervention / restart. The upstairs shower (it does have a bathmat) has very dirty grout. Many of the lamps were placed appropriately but unplugged because the cord did not reach. The sofas are showing dirt and age; one has rust stains on the seat. (I discovered it when I turned cushion over). One of the lanai doors is stuck shut. The downstairs bathroom has been sloppily repainted with orange paint showing through. The owner Keith is very nice and very attentive. I mentioned some of these things to him and he did not know. We stayed a long time probably compared to most guests so had more opportunity to encounter. The upstairs sleeping space was much nicer than downstairs. But, it has no doors, and the fourth wall is about chest high open to downstairs so no sound protection at all. We are just two; if we were traveling with others sleeping sound would be a huge problem. On the plus side, the unit is very spacious, feeling even more so because of the vaulted cathedral ceilings. The location is awesome;.The kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of staples and condiments. The unit is quiet, except for noise within the unit. (eg while sleeping upstairs front door closing is very loud) This unit requires maintenance and some repair (holes in wall behind fixtures). The overall wow effect in the photos is definitely accurate.

Great location! Didn’t take long to get comfortable for our month stay. Keith the owner was available if we had questions and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
