Wonderful and modern large house.Easy travel to anywhere in the city, quiet neighborhood and private gated parking.The host had strong and warm communication.House is suited for either a large group or family with many kids.

Convenient location. Great view of Ben Franklin bridge. It was really good to have gated, assigned parking space. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Place had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and linens. Would highly recommend.

Property is in very good condition. Filtered water on fridge is too slow to use realistically, but otherwise no complaints.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this home. The layout was very convenient, featuring a half-bath on the first floor and full bathrooms on both the second and third floors. The property was clean, safe, and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. For those who enjoy staying active, there is a protected running path less than five minutes away. The host was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home!

You have secured parking behind a gate. The property was clean and spacious. It is also close to everything.

The location was a close distance to great things to do. Being close to a store allowed us to gather food and cook in the rental though there is a great cheesesteak place a few blocks away. Having gated parking was a big incentive. We did get approached a few times outside by people asking for money but we did not feel unsafe once we were inside the rental. Having our car in a gated space gave us peace of mind. Everything was very clean and there were some amazing views. Great location, parking included, met all of our needs!

Everything was terrific from the initial reservation up until we got there and the host responded immediately. The place is terrific inside with great views of the Delaware and the Ben Franklin Bridge and is directly next to 95 and close to everywhere you need to go to. We would definitely recommend!!

The house was lovely and rooms spread out so we never felt crowded. We used the extra mattress for children as it lays on the floor. The fold out in the basement was very small. Slept 6 adults beautifully! Nice to have off-street parking for 1 car.

We really enjoyed this property. It was in a great location with east access to all the sites we intended to see. Would recommend and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Philadelphia. The house was spacious and comfortable for six people, with everything we needed readily available. Sanjay was quick to respond and very attentive to our questions.

We had a very nice experience, the house is nice, great veiws of the Ben Franklin bridge.

Arrived at unit at 11pm that had not been cleaned- dirty linens, etc. Contacted host, scrambled to find acceptable hotel to accommodate 6 adults at midnight. Host was very helpful and apologetic, unit was finally cleaned and ready for us late following morning. Once we got settled, enjoyed place very much. Overall great place, would be 5 stars if not for initial hiccup on arrival.

Great location! Love the designated parking spot. Place is as described with comfortable beds and enough towels for the 6 of us. We did have a clogged shower but was fixed quickly the next day. Thank you! We would stay here again.

This is a well maintained and well-appointed modern townhouse, within a mile of historic Philadelphia. We visited in the middle of a heat wave, but were cool and comfortable when at home. Would definitely book again.

Experience was great. The home is very nice, and met our needs perfectly. Proximity to a lot of sights, and travel in and out of the city was also better than expected.
