The home resembled the pictures and was clean and easy to access.

Had a great stay nice and cozy place

Place was okay, convenient location to where we were going too. Owner was easy to reach. Only downsides were the nieghbors blasting musics after 10pm to 1:30am and again at 6:30am. And three roach encounters (I don’t mind a bug or two) but felt perhaps fumigation should be done here and there prior to people staying.wifi worked well.

Its a very nice house, plenty of space. We had a family game nite with some board games available. Fooseball table. Its close to the water and almlst anything you want to do on the island

Several light bulbs were missing or didn't turn on. They had us send pictures of the bulbs but never replaced or offered to come fix lights during the stay. Heavy rain leaked through the back door and completely flooded the front yard into the street.Overall a decent place and good location for where we needed to be.

The property is rundown, smelled like a bag of diapers. Trash was piled up outside, I notified to POC and the trash was still there when we left. When we arrived, I contacted the point of contact on the email and sent her a picture, and one of the back gate laying on the ground, no one came to get the trash or address the gate. The front door lock only works when it's cooler outside, if the sun heats it up, you cannot use the digital key pad. We cleaned the house to get rid of the smell, but the whole foundation is rotting away and may be causing the smell. The pictures are better than the house by a long shot. There are stains on every surface of the house. I would recommend staying anywhere else.

Property is not terrible for the price, it’s cozy, has beach toys including boogie boards for the kids in the garage which we enjoyed, lots of bedroom space and beds to choose from, mostly clean but we did note some hair stuck to the shower wall and we did see a roach crawl across the kitchen floor on the second night, not sure if this is just part of being in Texas as I know they have those things down there due to the warm weather.

Everything was clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay!

Meet expectations.

Our only issue was the temperature. We could not adjust it ourselves and the bedrooms were really warm at night. We all had trouble sleeping

We loved this place! Great location next to all the attractions and the beach. The house was clean, and exactly as described.The only small complaints we had is that the bathroom window does not have any blinds or curtains, so it doesn't offer much privacy. We ended up just hanging a towel over the window while we were in there. Also, the bed in the back bedroom is very stiff, and not very comfortable.Other than that, this place is amazing, and we will plan on staying here again in the future.

We were very comfortable here. It was like being at home. Only regret was not being able to spend more time there.

The pictures are older. The tree in the yard was so overgrown I could not get my kids out the passenger side of the car without scratching the car. The house was set at 65 degrees the first night and we froze, had to sleep with our jackets on. I text Erica in the morning, and she turned off the control for us to be able to increase the temperature. The code was not right to get into the house and I had to also text Erica and she sent me a new code with six digits instead of the original 4 digits I was told in my email, The spare room off the garage with the fuse ball table was disgusting with dead bugs and all. I sent Erica a text and she had a cleaning crew who came out and they did a very light clean. The floor was still fifthly and gross. I would not let the kids go in there to play. The house worked for what we needed but I cannot recommend it in good consonus.

Great spot!

This house was close to everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, fast food stores,gas stations, clothing stores pharmacy and close to the beach. It had internet and a grill. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Ok let me just do a short summary. House looks great at first sight once you actually get in after struggling with keypad. Couch has horrible stains, lots of cockroaches we killed around 8. RAT poop in bathroom drawer. Shower does not work properly. Very busy road sirens and load cars all night. I have pics for roaches and the poop in drawer. Very unsanitary.i would never recommend this place. We didn't use anything there for fear of getting sick. We just showered and slept in bed was we could not make other arrangements so quickly.

We all loved the property! It was close to all the things we wanted to do and experience on our vacation. Will definitely like to stay here again in the future!

Trash of previous stay was still there on the outside of course. The grass and the big bush in the front needed to be cut/trimmed. Floors seem soft and creaky. The house was pretty well cleaned. Overall a good stay!
